The lobby bar is great for working on the laptop and having a glass of wine or coffee. They serve an afternoon tea and draw quite a crowd. Downsides, the St Regis Health Club as it is called, is really just a room with basic stuff, nothing impressive. If you are in the bar and need to use the restroom, you have to leave your stuff and go downstairs in the basement for the bathroom. However, the waiters are used to it, and you just need to tell them so that they do not clear your area while you are gone. Upside, everyone is very professional, great services, easy driveway for drop off and pick up, and they are quick at cleaning up the rooms. Read less

Great location highlighted by excellent service and a beautiful property. The lobby and bar/restaurant areas are as beautiful as anything you’ll find in Europe. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Food and drinks are good and in keeping with the hotel. Room is large and a throw-back to luxury of old days.

From the Manager to the Bellman all we're exceptional. James up front made our visit especially memorable, always there to help in anyway. Jennifer in reception was also incredible. Sam in the Bar made a great drink and made you feel like you were local. Again thanks to all the staff.... Keep up the great service. Jim & Lisa Hicks Valencia Ca. Read less

Fist of all I have to say that the hotel is very nice, location is excellent and service for the most part is very good. I experienced a couple situations that I was not expecting in a 5 star hotel like this. In a 3 night stay I ordered breakfast once and it took me 7 calls and almost 40 minutes to place an order for two fried eggs toast and coffee. Room service transferred me to the restaurant that never answered the phone, in a second call operator told me that she will make the restaurant call my room, phone rang 4 different times but nobody was in the phone, it was a nightmare taking in consideration such a simple task. I stayed just this past weekend and by Mon I had 5 invoices in my e mail, yes 5!! I need to call as I understood the valet parking fee was being charged double, it was not and they kindly explained me and sent a 6th invoice hoping this being the final one. Hotel is lovely and very elegant with a very exclusive atmosphere but not sure that I would like to stay there again, when you pay top dollars for your room you expect no issues like the ones I went trough.
