We stayed here with our two young children and had a great stay. The staff was so friendly and the amenities - from paddle boards to bikes - made it a great way to explore the area. We stayed in a larger suite that was spacious and also had great sunset views of the mountain.

We stayed here for one night only. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Nice breakfast. We felt the rooms are overpriced for what you get. Our room was $457 Can dollars once converted. Very expensive for what you get. This does not include a kitchen or anything else. Plus you pay $12 amenity fee. We had… Read more

Our room was $457 Can dollars once converted. Very expensive for what you get. This does not include a kitchen or anything else. Plus you pay $12 amenity fee. We had 2 double beds and a sofa bed on the second floor. I had to go and get a sheet for the sofa bed as it was not made. Frustration as there were 5 of us staying so they knew we would be using the bed. Also had to grab more towels again there were 5 of us and only 4 towels. Smores roasting at night was nice for the kids. Overall decent place to stay but definitely not worth what we paid for it. Read less

We found the hotel noisy especially the plumbing and children running up and down the corridors. The best rooms are at the back overlooking the river and some have balconies. One thing they didn’t mention when we checked in is the 10USD amenity charge per night. You can not avoid this charge so I am not sure why it isn’t just included in the published room rate - presumably so they appear cheaper than they really are. Read less

Amenities are great - outdoor pool connected to an indoor pool through a swim way, fun surprises like ice cream sundaes served in the afternoon and cookies at reception, lots of available parking, updated rooms and the perfect location (close to downtown). Whitefish is an amazing spot - if you’re lucky enough to travel down when the Highway to the Sun is open, bookmarked by a few days wandering around Whitefish and the lakes, you’ve found a piece of heaven! What a great place to stay! The accommodations were excellent and the staff was very attentive. Anytime we had a request or a question, they could not have been more helpful. Beautiful and relaxing setting after a full day of activities!
