The rooms were average for the high rate. the beds were average and sort of clean. The breakfast (cold continental) was worthless! If they ran out of something (no one was ordering supplies because we saw several Sysco trucks ) they simple took away the basked or container that would have held the product. No cold eggs, no oatmeal that was hot, no… Read more

If they ran out of something (no one was ordering supplies because we saw several Sysco trucks ) they simple took away the basked or container that would have held the product. No cold eggs, no oatmeal that was hot, no fruit on the second and following days because they ran out. No packaged rolls or bagels or even toast although there was a toaster! The staff just shrugged off the plight of the customer. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told that they were running another hotel and we could call them. We did and NEVER received a call back. Don't stay here. Don't stay here! They don't care, except for the even desk lady. It truly was not worth it! Read less

The room was OK, but the AC/Heater unit was loud. There's no restaurant or bar in the hotel. I've visited West Yellowstone many times over the past two decades and I tried this place out for the first time. Sadly, there are better options in West Yellowstone.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's just a couple miles from the West Yellowstone entrance, so you can't beat it for convenience. They have a camp host who loaned us bear spray and gave us maps and all the information we needed for our 3 days visiting the park. Our room was spacious and comfortable. They have a camp host who loaned us bear spray and gave us maps and all the information we needed for our 3 days visiting the park. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free laundry since we had lots of sweaty hiking clothes. My husband enjoyed the free ice cream social each day. Plus the pool and hot tub were quite clean The manager was super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Read less

They couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean! The pool was empty most of the time so we had it all to ourselves but the staff checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. The front desk was fabulous with recommendations and assistance. The location was fantastic. We walked to everything. The town was amazing too! I felt like it was a movie set because it was so perfect and clean and friendly!!!! I can't say enough good things! Stayed here for five nights. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. Only one block away from the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery center, so in the evenings we could hear the wolves howling (pretty cool). Only a block or two away from the west entrance to Yellowstone, so super convenient. The hotel has free laundry access, a pool, free ice cream and s'mores kits in the evening. In addition, a block away there is a small cabin that partners with the hotel to let guests borrow bear spray, binoculars, lawn games (if staying near the hotel for the evening), and loads of information on the park. We appreciated all the help and little add ons that were included with the hotel rate. Continental breakfast is available and you can get hot breakfast with a discount at one of their sister hotels.
