Overall I would say we had a great experience. We had a large family with four young kids, and they upgraded us to the small house across the street to accommodate our needs at no additional cost. That really worked out great for us! it was a very rustic, cabin feel, which made it fun. The hotel had a pool and an indoor and outdoor hot tub, which… Read more

That really worked out great for us! it was a very rustic, cabin feel, which made it fun. The hotel had a pool and an indoor and outdoor hot tub, which were great. They also had a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items, including but not limited to pancakes, sausage, eggs, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, including our need for a late check-out. We would definitely go again. Read less

On Sunday morning staff did have some trouble keeping up with coffee (one batch was cold at 7 am ) there were choices for fruit inc apples and bananas Room was spacey and plenty of bedside power for my cpap So only nit was recycle it was avail in breakfast room but in room guide didnt say anything so I threw away recycle before I noticed the containers So overall the stay was great and I would come back Read less

Breakfast included was decent and offered a variety of breakfast offerings. The issue we encountered was the indoor pool and spa was close due to floor renovation. This should have been on their website but wasn’t. We asked for compensation since tar pool and spa was not available. There solutions were use the outside spa which jets were broke or move us to sister hotels up the street. Since we were already moved in we just decided to stay and use the broken outdoor spa Compensation should have been given The staff was very accommodating for all other requests and I would recommend this place when all is up and running. I’m going between Average and Poor in this review. The things that make it average is that the person who checked me in was nice and accommodated us on bottom floor as we had a dog. No pet fee nice. Breakfast had lots of choices and was better than some places we’ve stayed. Room we ended up in was clean but felt old. The first room we had had… Read more

Breakfast had lots of choices and was better than some places we’ve stayed. Room we ended up in was clean but felt old. The first room we had had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. A good amount of it. It smelled bad. I went up to front desk and another young man (not the one who checked us in) was there. He had attitude. I told him about the mold and he did find us another room. Then I remarked that I couldn’t believe the mold was missed by staff. He came back with, “I don’t go around inspecting rooms for mold” in an annoyed voice. He caught himself and did apologize for the condition of the room. But I won’t be staying there again. Read less

The 49'er Inn and Suites in Jackson is "adequate" at best. tt is more like a "motel" than a hotel. The rooms are ok, but nothing great. Breakfast was very disappointing with little to choose from and a small space to fit people during the morning "rush". The good news is the location is good for walking to anywhere in town. The people at the front… Read more
