Room wasn’t ready when we got there - was told to give them my phone number and they would call when ready - room became ready so I walked to office (10 minutes later) and said that the room had been serviced and said I was coming to get my key - guy looked at me and said “right” and put a key on a table behind desk and walked away - waited a few… Read more

Rooms are old and tired much better places to stay in Jackson... Read less

There are closer hotels to the square. Jasmine and Kristen were extremely rude. (Kristen wouldn't confirm her name to me after I called her out for being rude and hanging up on me- When I asked to speak to her manager, she told me she did not have one. Which was a lie, because I eventually spoke to him). My family went to several states and stayed… Read more

Which was a lie, because I eventually spoke to him). My family went to several states and stayed in several hotels on our last trip, the only hotel that we had any issue with, was this one. Nothing special about the room and not as close to the square as I anticipated. You can definitely do better than this place. My advice- stay elsewhere! Read less

Reviews had made this motel sound pretty good, and we loved it there! We lucked out and got a room with a FIREPLACE - and they even furnish the wood! The location is good, with a fantastic restaurant across the street. The location is good, with a fantastic restaurant across the street. Their breakfast, even in the time of reduced activity due to "Covid 19" was really just fine, and coffee seems to be available 'round the clock in the breakfast area. Unfortunately, there's no view of the Grand Tetons from there, but hey - overload would result if you didn't get a break. Overall, this is a terrific place, and you'll enjoy it. Read less

Not a very memorable hotel, but hey, it was a place to sleep. There was nothing in particular that was wrong with this place, but we stayed in four hotels overall on our trip and some were simply nicer. The breakfast was pretty good. The walk into town was not bad at all, maybe 10-15 minutes away to the restaurants and shops. Read less

We loved being able to gather over a great breakfast and then either take the hotel shuttle or town shuttle to Teton Village, a short 20 minute ride away. Later in the day some people soaked in the hot tub or ventured downtown to local eateries and shopping by bus or foot. We gathered in the Gold Pan room a couple of days for Happy Hour and had a group dinner catered by Big Hole BBQ (across the street) one night in the lobby area. The staff was so very helpful, the rooms spacious (deluxe queen suites and fireplace suites), and the breakfast had enough variety for everyone. My whole group was completely pleased with the 49er!
