Pay $349 thinking it was newly remodeled and then find out it has been a few years back. Floors were dirty, furniture worn, woke up very sore after sleeping on the bed. We were also in the 300 building with two floors and no elevators. We were not told this. My husband has a bad back and I have a bad knee. Wasn’t fun lugging four pieces of luggage up the stairs. They should inform people of this in case Of health issues. Then I find out that someone else paid $249 for the same double queen room. I went down to talk to the manager about this the next morning but no One was there and we had to leave at 6 AM. for our flight. Not cool. Would have been happier with our stay had we paid $249. I don’t know about breakfast because it didn’t start until 630. Read less

Delicious breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold items. We had a slight malfunction with our tv that could not be fixed during our 2 nights there. But the… Read more

The location is a few blocks from the center of Jackson Hole and less than a 10 minutre walk. Room was sufficient but surprised when we opened the door and faced the sink. Room numbers can drive you crazy as the first number of the room does not necessarily indicate the floor as the hotel has been expanded a number of times. On a tour so unsure if the rate was fair, but shocked when I saw the high price of the room that was posted on the inside door. Breakfast was OK and probably the worse of all the places that we stayed on our tour. Read less

Front desk check (2 men) were no non-peraonality and almost "annoyed" and exterior of the building was overgrown and needs paint on the… Read more

The company that owns the hotel also owns the hotel next door , Elk Country, which is building huge new addition/building ...maybe they should fix up their other properties first. Read less

We were directed to our rooms by the manager and this was probably best as there was no signage outside that I could see. Grom one side the Inn looked very dowdy from outside despite beautiful hanging baskets of flowers. This was because of the steel construction. Our first impression of our room on the first floor was that it too was very gloomy. However once we had opened the yellow net curtains, the room took on a much more pleasing aspect. The furniture was different to any we have seen before in that legs and sides resemble rough timber. ...Old Settler style perhaps? Not to my personal taste but a talking point. The beds were very comfortable as were pillows and we had a great night's sleep..not disturbed by any noise at all. Breakfast next morning was good. Choice of cereals yoghurts, fruit , waffles, or scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy etc. The Inn is conveniently situated a short walk from the centre of town so there is a good choice of restaurants and plenty of shops to browse in if you aren't on a strict schedule. All in all, a decent night's stay. Read less
