I didn’t get the chance to check out the main area of the hotel because it is being renovated at the moment. The room we have is very nice and all updated. Judging from pictures posted on here from previous guests we got the upgrade. Everything is clean and modern and VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Judging from pictures posted on here from previous guests we got the upgrade. Everything is clean and modern and VERY comfortable beds and pillows. I happen to be a housekeeper and of course out of habit checked the room the way I would at my own hotel and was very pleased to see how clean in was. Read less

And, even though they were undergoing a renovation, I found the room to be quiet the entire time. No noticeable noise from other rooms. They are convenient to downtown - a ten minute walk puts you in the heart of it. Perhaps 20 minutes to the museum. While there the last evening, my travel partner had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. Comfort Inn staff were fabulous in responding and in supporting us both post event. I could tell that they truly cared and that is appreciated. Read less

This hotel is fine for a night. As some others have mentioned, the common areas are a bit in need of a refresh. Room was large with comfortable beds. Everything basically worked. They offer a free breakfast but opted for eggs at the Holiday Inn next to the hotel. It's about a 15-20 minute brisk walk to the Buffalo Bill Museum of the West

It was OK, but we expected better for the price we paid. Considering most tourist activities were closed for the season, the price we paid was too high for what we got. No fridge or microwave in the room. Pool was outside and closed. Hot breakfast was OK but nothing great. Room was a bit rundown, a few big drywall areas in the bathroom and really… Read more

We stayed here for just one night while on a road trip in the area and the hotel is ok but nothing grand. The rooms were spacious and clean and that's the most important thing to me. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself could use with some updating. The rooms we booked came with breakfast but we all ended up going elsewhere to eat since what they offered was not appealing but we did see quite a few folks eating so it must have been ok. The location is great to walk around town and we didn't need our car during our two days staying there. I might stay there again but down the road a bit were some more historic looking hotels which could be fun to stay at as well but were a lot more expensive. Read less
