Once you’ve booked your Walt Disney World Resort holiday, take it to a whole new level.

With FastPass+ and MagicBands, your magical Disney holiday will be as simple as it is fun! You can reserve some must do experiences before you even leave home and have all-in-one magical access to the Walt Disney World experiences you select.

Online Planning

Once you’ve booked your Walt Disney World holiday, you can use an incredible family of online tools providing recommendations to help personalise your experience – before and during your visit. Be sure to ask how to get started!

Make dining reservations in advance

You can choose the restaurants you don't want to miss dining at and make reservations up to 180 days before you arrive, at mydisneyexperience.co.uk

FastPass+

Disney FastPass+ Planning

With Disney FastPass+, reserve some must do experiences and more before you even leave home – up to 30 days before you arrive (or 60 days for Disney Resort hotel guests). And the best thing? It’s included with your Theme Park admission.

Valid Theme Park admission and online registration required. Disney FastPass+ attractions and entertainment experiences, the number of selections you can make, and available arrival windows are limited. Disney FastPass+ attractions subject to change.

Disney - Create a Magical Holiday

MagicBands* or Cards

With the simple touch of a MagicBand or card, you’ll have all-in-one magical access to the Walt Disney World experiences you select. Use your MagicBand to enter your Disney Resort Hotel room and Walt Disney World Parks, and access Disney FastPass+ attractions and shows (valid Theme Park admission required). You can even purchase food and merchandise at selected locations with your MagicBand.

With Memory Maker, you’ll receive unlimited digital downloads of your Walt Disney World holiday memories, including:

  • Photos from select attraction and dining locations
  • Magical extras like Animated Magic Shots and videos from select attractions.

Disney Springs Early Check-in on your last day

Exclusive and free for Virgin Holiday guests, the Virgin Atlantic desk at Disney Springs will check you in and transfer your bags to the airport, allowing you to live the magic for longer and make the most of the Florida sun on your last day.

MagicBands are available to guests staying at selected Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. MagicBands are intended for use in the US. Credit card must be presented at Walt Disney World Hotel check-in for purchase with MagicBand. Purchases are charged to your Disney Resort Hotel account. ^^Memory Maker includes Disney PhotoPass photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account. If Memory Maker is sold or ordered in combination with a Park ticket, the Memory Maker window for that Memory Maker entitlement will be equal to the usage window of the associated Park ticket and will automatically begin upon the first use of the associated Park ticket. The Memory Maker window will end upon the sooner of either the expiration or depletion of the Park ticket. A MagicBand is required to receive certain attraction photos and other digital content. Should your holiday destination become subject to travel restrictions, we will contact you at least 24 hours before departure to discuss your options.

Your holiday may be affected by the government’s travel restrictions

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office UK have advised against all but essential travel. Depending on when you are due to travel, your holiday may be affected.

You’ll be away before you know it

Your next holiday is only a click away - Our website has thousands of hand-picked options ready to book. But if you need more help, just let us know.

Your holiday will not be going ahead as planned

Due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office UK have advised against all but essential travel before 16 April 2020.

We’re flexible with your holiday plans

If you were due to travel before the end of May 2020, you can postpone your holiday to a later date or even choose a different destination instead.

You’re good to go


In line with the advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office UK, all trips booked from June onwards are unaffected.

Rebook your holiday


We’ve sent you a voucher that is valid for the full value of your cancelled holiday. When you rebook, we’d like to gift you with 4,000 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Miles too. 

But there’s no rush. To redeem your holiday voucher on a new booking with us, just give us a call any time before 31 July 2020 and quote your old booking reference.

We’re here when you need us


If you’d like to travel with us sometime in the future, just give us a call and we’ll find a great holiday for you (and gift you with 4,000 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Miles as a thank you). 

If you'd prefer to simply cancel completely, we understand, and we will refund you in full. You'll just need to give us a call. Refunds will be successfully returned in approximately 45 days.

Change it up


You can postpone your holiday to travel any time before 31 December 2021, and even choose a different destination. We won’t charge you to make these changes and our Service Team are there to help – just give us a call.

Your holiday is scheduled to depart as booked. Continue to pay off your holiday balance with the assurance that your money is fully protected through ATOL. Be assured, that if the situation changes, we will contact you as soon as this happens with the options available to you.

No problem! To amend your holiday dates, just give us a call. Any amendments to your booking can be made for £50pp, and our Service Team can help you decide on dates, or even a different destination.
