Resort has basically everything you need and though it's huge everything is accessible. Room was understated luxury. My primary attraction was playing there (rightfully as it turns out) famous "Teeth of the Dog" golf course which is truly the Pebble Beach of the Caribbean ! Spoke to another guest who played the Dye Fore course & had nothing but accolades about it. Beach is a near perfect setup with bar & food etc. nearby. Restaurants were good as well particularly Pubbelly in the Marina section (which is beautiful) Basically if you're a golfer it's a bucket list event. Only negative was ride in from the airport via there recommended car service where the driver stopped for 15 minutes at a sketchy Consul building with no explanation as he spoke basically no english. Ride back to airport was completely professional though. All possible Covid protocols were taken by the resort. Was informed by my companion that in her opinion the Spa is First Class 100% Net net resort is well worth a visit and as it & Mexico are the only places available currently in the Caribbean why not go * Read less

This was our first trip to Casa de Campo, and we were amazed by the size and scope and completeness of the resort community. Once you arrive, you never have to leave to enjoy the best of everything in an island vacation. And if you're a golfer, the Dye courses, including Teeth of the Dog, are spectacular. We're more into sun, beach, eating and drinking and relaxing, though my wife did take a golf lesson, and she loved it. I tried the shooting clays, and it was fantastic; great instructors and facility. And if you're a serious wing-shooter, there is a world-class shooting program with helicopter access to the shooting portion of the property. OK, in terms of virus protocols, this resort has it dialed. We felt totally safe the entire stay, including using all hotel facilities and restaurants. Our favorite restaurants included La Cana, Pubbelly (great Sushi!) and Minitas Beach Club. The adults only pool on the beach at Minitis is definitley the best place to hang out and enjoy the sun, swimming, eating and drinking. For families, the other side of the club has two pools and great beach access. For hotel rooms, we recommend a premium balcony room with an ocean view. And if you want a private villa, there are lots of fantastic options from 3 to 10 bedrooms. If you enjoy polo, horseback riding, hiking, water sports, again, they have it all and their concierge service can take care of setting you up with whatever you enjoy most. Overall, just an ideal place to getaway, relax, and have fun. Read less
