The hotel

Nestling along a fabulous beachfront, this spectacular low-rise resort is ideal for couples or families looking for an Unlimited-Luxury®, All Inclusive holiday in the Caribbean. It’s built in stunning Mayan architectural style, fitting in well with the dazzling tropical location. Rooms are exceptionally spacious and have balconies or a terrace which overlook the tropical gardens or ocean. You’ll never run out of things to do or food to eat here with a whopping five gourmet a la carte restaurants, but don't feel the pressure - 24-hour room service is included in the Unlimited-Luxury® so you can eat at 2:00am if you fancy! There are standout facilities for adults and kids alike; the Dreams Spa by Pevonia® offers seven treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy circuit with sauna, steam room, showers, Jacuzzi, dynamic pool and an outdoor relaxation area. Where is it

On a white sand beach, half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, close to attractions such as archeological sites, the world's second largest coral reef, the quaint fishing town of Puerto Morelos and lots of shopping. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

We recently had our wedding at the resort, with the wonderful help of our wedding planner, Carmen. She truly went above and beyond. Firstly, the resort was perfect for our large group, offering everything we needed. The atmosphere was always lively, with poolside activities keeping our guests entertained. The food was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. The staff also made extra efforts to keep our guests happy. Our three-day wedding had many details to sort out. Carmen took care of everything flawlessly; she didn't miss a single thing. It was so reassuring to have such a great wedding planner. She handled every detail and always put us first. Thanks to Carmen, the whole wedding process was smooth and stress-free. When we arrived at the venues, everything was set up perfectly, with some nice added touches. It was clear that Carmen put her heart into her work, and we felt supported throughout. Even when we made changes at the reception, Carmen adapted quickly, making everything run seamlessly. We just left this unbelievably gorgeous resort! Our daughter got married here on April 12, 2024 and we had 106 guests. My words cannot express how extremely ecstatic we were with every single aspect of not only her wedding but of our week stay here. Dreams Sapphire EXCEEDED our expectations in EVERY aspect. None of this would have happened without Carmen Martinez, our wedding planner. Carmen put on the most beautiful, elegant and entertaining wedding we could have ever hoped for. She went above and beyond making sure every detail was carried out. Our guests LOVED her and said that she made them feel part of the day. She held numerous zoom calls with us and recommended we have a right hand person with us for the day. Her name was Veronica and she was EXCEPTIONAL. She stayed near us throughout the day and night and helped us with anything we needed. Carmen is professional and obviously an expert in putting on a wedding. Our guests all commented that it was the most breathtaking atmosphere and the most interactive wedding with all of the Dreams entertainment teams “performances.” For our hair and makeup we used Alex Corbanezi’s team and they used high quality makeup (airbrushed too!) and his stylists were top notch. We showed pictures and they carried it out! Our photographer company was called OV film (Oscar and his wife) and our guests commented on that too, saying they couldn’t believe how professional and involved they were with us and our guests. We LOVE the pictures and videos that we’ve already seen. Flowers-I have no words to express how gorgeous and colorful and full that all of our flowers were. They worked so hard to make these bouquets and then moved them to the reception venue at the preferred pool. It looked so elegant everywhere! The colors were vibrant! Food- Augustin and his staff provided the best tasting food and service to our guests. They were so attentive (plenty of bartenders and wait staff) and that was commented on by our guests over and over. He made sure to check on us throughout the night to ensure we got everything we needed. We had a Hora Loca show that was a huge hit during our reception. We also had a fire show that was amazing. The night was topped off with a 3 min firework show! Carmen and her staff truly put on the most beautiful wedding one could have dreamed of. Our stay at Dreams Sapphire was also phenomenal. The rooms were large and clean and had a steamer in each room. The pool was so fun everyday because of the entertainment teams. The restaurants were so nice and served delicious food. As you can see, I have nothing but high praise for Dreams Sapphire! Carmen, I hope you and your team get recognized because my family and all 106 guests will be recommending this resort with 1000% confidence that they will love it like we did. The decoration was over what we expected and we were stunned with the venues and what Carmen and her crew was able to pull up with. All the guests loved the wedding and facilities at the resort.
