The rooms was spacious and it had a great view. I used the gym frequently and there is a pool. The manager(Venus) and staff were excellent and friendly. The pricing was great as I got a discount for a long term stay. I definitely would stay again when I'm back in Waikiki. Read less

The Coconut was very affordable, a tremendous bargain for the location, close walking distance to everything in Waikiki, with outstanding room quality, comfort, amenities and friendly service. I look forward to staying there again!

The staff was the crown jewel of this hotel- from the ease of booking with Brett and Kris. To the courteousness and kindness demonstrated upon checkin with Joanne it really made this trip relaxing. Anytime I had a question or request they were there to help or provide insight. Providing a quick breakfast every morning and a wonderful assortment of teas I could enjoy in my room helped to keep costs down and it was actually a nice treat. After a week it felt more like I was a resident and not just a hotel guest. Everyone (Brett, Kris, Joanne , Jeff and Dante) demonstrated the “aloha” spirit! The location is just a quick walk to beaches, shopping and dining. Literally an ABC store on the corner for those quick snacks. They followed the COVID protection protocols and their was sanitizer EVERYWHERE. The rooms are older/smaller but for a quick getaway and for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in the room it was a great find. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Read less

Stayed here for a week and really loved it. Great location, friendly staff, and loved the balcony! The room is set up well for remote working as well, with a nice desk, and the kitchen is set up with plates and utensils. Also there's a free breakfast every morning!

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly. Everything was very clean and the room was spacious. The location is very central. Overall a great hotel, especially considering the price. Breakfast was not great.
