From Richard at the front desk to Patricia and Athen at concierge and of course not forgetting Adler. They are what made my stay truly exceptional so much so that I have rebooked for next month and plan on coming here more often. I was very concerned about coming to Florida in particular but the Conrad takes Covid very seriously. My residence had wipes, sanitizer, masks and everything throughout the hotel was cleaned and managed constantly. They have strict guidelines that they adhere & I appreciate that. Fitness center is the best gym I have ever been to hands down. I was aware of the construction next door but I was able to drown it out. Restaurants nearby weren't great so I would suggest taking an Uber and making the trip to wherever the concierge suggests. Read less

We’ve stayed at the Conrad Ft. Lauderdale in the past and keep coming back. The staff and hotel are truly 5 Star. My 14 year old daughter had broken her collarbone a few days before our vacation and was very upset that it would require surgery. We were going to cancel the trip but the doctors told us that there was no reason we should not still go. When the front desk staff saw my daughter walk in, still in obvious pain, they offered to upgrade our room in hopes of cheering her up. I walked out to go valet the car and Juan from the front desk ran out to tell me that his manager upgraded us yet again to a two bedroom residence as a token of being repeat guests and hopefully brighten my daughter’s spirits...it worked! The kids were thrilled to be staying in a beautiful suite with spectacular view of the ocean. The entire staff was very compassionate, friendly and genuinely concerned how my daughter was doing all week. Enough so that she commented after the valet brought us our car “everybody here is so nice!” The hotel is great, the very best on A1A, but it is the staff that makes this an outstanding hotel to stay. It is because of this we can’t wait to return to the Conrad Ft. Lauderdale when we want need to get away for a little beach time. I cannot say enough about the outstanding staff and facility! I highly recommend the Conrad Ft. Lauderdale! Read less

I planned a special surprise for my mother upon arrival- Patricia and Athen in Concierge were very helpful. Ricky took care of us with our luggage and transportation- so sweet. Adler was amazing on the beach! He brought us water and towels and was very attentive. We stayed in the 2 bedroom oceanfront suite- it did not disappoint. My only 2 complaints would be 1)The construction right next to us- they started very early every morning and the view obviously was not great- no fault to the hotel- and 2) the beach is not private- so there are many people that just park right in front of you on the beach- can be loud and obstructive of your ocean view. You also only get 2 chairs and one umbrella per room- no matter if you have a suite or not- which is disappointing since we had 4 people- you had to pay $18 per extra chair And $25 for an umbrella. However, all in all- it was an amazing trip and we really enjoyed it! Read less

The Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Beach was in a great location. I felt the rooms were just okay. We usually stay in a hotel on 17th street and I believe that hotel if far superior to the Courtyard. It was nice to be able to go out the back entrance and you are right on beach.

The beach was nice and just across the street from the hotel. During our stay there was a lot of sea weed on the beach. But the chair attendant Adler was so nice and really took care of us! He was great!
