The Valet was fabulous however they charge you $46 per day! Way too much .Here is my one complaint . The rooms are tiny with no storage. There is no privacy door for the sink & shower. There is a door for the toilet only . When my husband gets up at 5:30am to run he woke all of us up . If you are a couple traveling and don't mind then great . But very difficult when you have 2 teens. The location of this hotel was perfect also. Read less

Ok interior design, but simply impossible to justify charging US$457 a night for a room with no windows and no functioning phone line. Engineer made an effort to fix the phone, but eventually gave up with a “sorry” and a shrug. Feels like we’re in 2 star territory here. Seriously consider finding other options in South Beach area.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff, Danny, Ramona, and Cornelius were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel had easy access to beach and very nice rooftop pool. The restaurant had very good food

We booked this property using my Hilton Points, I am Diamond so I have a few. The room was small, no hooks or rails to hang towels, the only lights in the bedroom were over the bed and they were dim so if you were looking for something away from the bed at night it was impossible, the room was tired. Usually with Diamond you get a free breakfast be it only a Buffet, however this property, you get $30 towards drinks such as beer and soft drinks, they calculate the price of one can of beer at $9 per can, I ended up giving these away, not worth it. The girl who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. I did speak to the front office manager, who was apologetic about the room etc and he did say he would put points back into my account, NON SO FAR. Read less
