Hilton Cocoa Beach

Cocoa, Gold Coast Beaches

The hotel

Enjoy unparalleled comfort in a blissful setting at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Each and every guest room is beautifully decorated with all the mod-cons and feature the renowned Hilton Serenity bedding to ensure a restful stay. A highlight is the oceanfront pool deck — it’s the largest on the Space Coast! Grab a drink from the bar, that book you’ve been meaning to read for ages and rest awhile there, soaking up the sun. Water sports including surfing, boogie boarding and snorkelling. Kid-sized boogie boards are also available as well as surfing lessons for all ages and skill ratings. Alternatively, grab some team mates and get stuck into a game of volleyball. Salt Restaurant overlooks the ocean and is a favourite hotspot for seafood, steaks and traditional fare. Before you settle there for the evening, however, enjoy a drink special in the Tiki bar, listening to some live music perhaps. In the Salt Lounge you can catch up on all the latest news from NASA and, if your holiday coincides with a rocket launch, just head outside — it’ll be easily visible from the beach!

My wife and I booked an oceanfront room on February 12, 2021. The power in the room went off (circuit breaker) and we had to call the front desk. They sent engineering to the room and had to pull out a piece of furniture (housing the TV and refrigerator) to check the electric. The maintenance staff then had to leave the room to go to the hotels main circuit panel and left the furniture pulled out. While they were gone, I looked behind the furniture to find severe dust, trash and a moldy piece of food left behind. The electrical outlet had no duplex cover on it (safety hazard). When the electric was restored, the maintenance crew pushed the furniture back but left the trash/moldy food. I emailed head of housecleaning to include a photo of that uncleaned area. She emailed me back stating she couldn't view the photo. I sent it three times and then emailed her back to see if she received it. So far, no further response sent back to me. Room rate for the night was $188.00 plus $9.00 (self) parking fee. They charge a $9.00 parking fee to their paying customers but the lot has no attendants or security. I watched numerous vehicles (not paying customers) pull into the lot, take their beach chairs and umbrellas from their trunks and walk to the beach without paying a $9.00 fee. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the same area with a much better rate and I am sure much cleaner. This Hilton Hotel DOES NOT meet the Hilton standards! Read less

My sister and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach and stayed at the Hilton Cocoa Beach oceanfront. Great location, friendly staff, and great tiki bar area. Budget friendly too. Publix was right up the road so easy to grab a few groceries. Highly recommend!

When we checked in the room we were given had the seal,on the door for clean and smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in it earlier that day. We asked for and were given a different room which had no smell nit the bathroom needed renovation. The vanity was chipped up in multiple places, the bathtub had multiple chips and peeling paint. Having said all that, the ocean front view was spectacular, the customer service was good but I wouldn’t go back. Read less

This is the worst Hilton we've ever stayed at. It reminded me of staying at a Ramada Inn: a formerly nice property whose glory days are in the rear-view mirror. We stayed in the Atlantic junior suite, which I thought would be one of the best rooms with a good view. We could see the ocean, but mostly the rooftop and HVAC units. The room itself is a… Read more

We stayed in the Atlantic junior suite, which I thought would be one of the best rooms with a good view. We could see the ocean, but mostly the rooftop and HVAC units. The room itself is a very odd layout. The sitting room side is fine with a sofa, desk, mini fridge, TV, and window, but the bedroom side has no window. It's like sleeping in a dark closet. Tiny bathroom. There was no valet service or bellhop while we were there. The location is great. The fitness room is nice. The outdoor area by the fire pit and bar is fun. They had live music on Friday night. The staff we dealt with were all very nice. Like others have said, if they would give this place a head to toe remodel it would make a huge difference. Read less

I am a current guest and am looking to relocate to a different hotel. I am a longtime Hilton lover but this “hotel” is not up to snuff. The quality is more in line with a motel. The view is amazing! That’s it for the positive comments. I have stayed here before and although the hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation, at least the service quality was there. I would compare this hotel to a 2 or 3 star, definitely not a 4 star. It starts with check-in. I am older and because this is a Hilton hotel I expected bell service to be available to help with my luggage. Nope, not available and definitely no valet services. The room temperature was set at 67 degrees and the room was freezing. I turned up the temp and called down and asked for an extra blanket. I waited and waited and finally fell asleep. In the morning I found that the blanket had been left outside my door. It would have been really nice if they had knocked to let me know it was there or called me. The room itself seriously needs renovation and the previous renovation is shoddy with very poor workmanship. Whoever did the caulking should be fired. There is a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom...is there a camera? There shouldn’t be a hole there. Breakfast was also not pleasant. Instead of having guests wear masks and making them put on gloves to get the continental breakfast, just get rid of the buffet and serve the guests! Nobody wants to eat breakfast with used rubber gloves on the table! Covid is no excuse for bad service! Definitely would not recommend for the price. Read less
