The Hotel is our favorite as they are always polite and responsive, The rooms are great quality and clean and quiet.

Very friendly staff. Nice room, with water filler in the lobby. Pleasant cosmetics, no slippers, so bring a pair from home! Breakfast, luch, dinner - quite expensive. Wonderful surroundings, the golf course creates a very nice view. Not excessively far from Monterey.

The staff and event team were so helpful and easy to work with throughout our event. The location is perfect being so close the the airport and downtown.

I recently had the opportunity to play in a NCGA event at Poppy Hills and Del Monte, I chose the Hyatt based upon reputation, location to the course and a family friend who used to work for Hyatt, I admit to arriving an hour ahead of check in, and was informed that my room was not yet ready, I could have another but the room I had initially been assigned was right on the golf course so I chose to wait, I had coffee, went shopping, spent a bit more than planed, but ultimately thourghly enjoyed my time at this golf resort, the only thing of note was that you must leave the property in order to arrive at Del Monte unless being shuttled by golf cart which was not feasible for myself, I ate in the restaurant three of my four days, and was very pleased with my meal. Our stay here was wonderful! The food was great, excellent staff, great location. We will come back. Oh my goodness, very quiet by the golf course, slept like a baby. Very clean rooms.
