Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included. 

Please note: some restaurants require a supplement fee.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

best hotel in dubai every thing was excellent the stuff were very friendly and professional the activity in the hotel 10/10 but i have one problem in this time i did the check in at 4pm but they gave me the room at 8 then the second day i asked them for late check out they didnt gave me although they told me they gave me the room very late!

My family and I spent a delightful ten days at your esteemed establishment, enjoying the pool and beach amenities immensely. The Palmery, your all-day dining restaurant, particularly impressed us with its diverse and delectable breakfast offerings. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by a significant delay in the check-in process upon our arrival. This delay caused inconvenience and discomfort after a long journey, impacting our initial impression of the hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the exceptional service we received from the staff in pool area,especially one outstanding individual named Lasith. Lasith went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His attentiveness, hospitality, and personalized service were truly remarkable, and he deserves commendation for his dedication to guest satisfaction. Furthermore, I must highlight the excellent quality of the service provided at the beach area too.even its too busy and lack of staff although every member of the team contributed to making our experience enjoyable and memorable. While our overall stay was pleasant, I believe it is important to address the issue of the delayed check-in as well as reserving the sun lounges has to be stop to prevent similar occurrences in the future and uphold the high standards of service that Jumeirah Al Naseem is known for. As a family of 4, we have stayed at Al Naseem several times, however, this time around has been disappointing. The main annoyance has been the circus around the pool and sunloungers. We paid a premium to stay at this hotel and as such i would expect to be able to use the facilities as and when we require. However, the hotel allows guests from the other Jumeriah properties which are significantly cheaper to use the hotel facilities. The impact is that every morning by 6am guests from the other hotels reserve sunloungers by the pool, for guests actually staying at Al Naseem, in our 10 day stay we have never been able to sit by the pool. WAGs descend on the hotel and have the ability to have a significant section of the pool area to themselves with dedicated service - even though they are not staying here! Service in the restaurants in not to the standard as we have seen before. I think the price point of Al Naseem means that there are far superior hotels where you can use the facilities that you are actually paying for. I would like to think the hotel will address this as many of the guests that we spoke to had the same comments as us. For us, think its time to try somewhere else Read less

Would definitely return. Only small gripe, no adult only areas for breakfast and much confusion over our half-board allowance in several restaurants where we chose A La Carte. The half board allowance should be deducted from the final bill rather than some restaurants charging a supplement as well. this often exceeded the amount we spent. Read less

I went for a beach and pool day last week for my wife's birthday. We had a lovely day and enjoyed various different cocktails and some food and swam in both the sea and pool. Staff were all very good, quick with the drinks and very friendly. The view looking towards Burj Al Arab is amazing. Will be back for sure!
