Upon check in, I was told we were on the 2nd floor because they didn't know what would be available til close to check in. I asked how full they were if that was the case. The guy at the desk said they were probably below 50% capacity. I find it hard to imagine not finding a higher room in any of the huge buildings but I guess those other 50% people were all on the high floors. There was NO dresser in one of the rooms. This was two adults for a 4 night stay. That night we had to call the Desk at 3:00 am due to loud people next to us. Security came and told them to quiet down. Unfortunately we had to call again around 3:15 and they left at 3:45. Hot tub with 12 people in it = possibly Covid? Seen Sunday 7/19. Just disappointed overall. Read less

After 3 attempts to stay here we had 2 families come for 5 days. From the beginning trying to reach anyone at this place was almost impossible. They do not respond to emails, they do not return voice messages and so frustrating trying to confirm our reservation. We had to force them to take the deposit 2 months later so we knew our reservation would be solid. We had to call Provident Resorts and go through several people to find out who to confirm our dock reservation with only to find out they changed the email and no communication was sent. So we proceed to the Keys. The first thing we noticed was the smell but assumed with Keys weather the AC would resolve itself. We had to contact the Front desk in person and over the phone at least 4 times to have a light in the kitchen. We complained about a mold smell and how dirty and dated our unit was. The gentleman I spoke with was attentive and i asked for a discount as there were no other units in the building to move to and we wanted to stay near the rest of our family. He advised he would look into it, no follow up at all and of course was fully charged, oh well. Afternoon of the 2nd day nice maintenance guy came and we showed him the warped, rotted and moldy bottom of the bath room vanity. He took pictures and told us he would show the manager. This unit had 3 different types of tile in one room, all cracked and dirty. Furniture very worn and uncomfortable. Overall the experience was so beyond disappointing, not just in the unit but the complete lack of customer service. This could have easily been corrected but was clearly not a priority. Read less

Overall the place is nice. They are condos and not hotel rooms. They vary in condition from unit to unit. I am guessing they are private owned and managed by the assoc. Our unit was nice with a new kitchen, and our friends unit was not so nice. But overall OK. My biggest complaint is bringing a boat there. The marina is TIGHT, and the chanel is TERRIBLE. It is worst than terrible. The markers are NOT accurate. If you were to come in at night by boat at low tide and followed the markers, you would be in SERIOUS trouble. How much trouble ?? Like being grounded on rocks. And the worst part is these rocks are INSIDE the marked channel. They did NOT warn us about the HORRIBLE situation at all. If you have a very small boat, 20 ft and under, you MIGHT be OK, but even then you would have to watch yourself. Read less

Beautiful place, friendly staff, very well priced. Will be going back soon. Also very safe and covid conscious. We’re a family of six. So it’s not the easiest to accommodate and they did with flying colors. Also well situated. Rented a boat was minutes from beautiful reefs and sand bar.
