Not much meat for mains and desserts were the like the same thing in different colors and different dishes to trick into thinking they have a selection. Breakfast was very uninspiring again not much meat just chicken sausage n some bacon. Although it bears the shangri-la name the finish of the hotel is bad. Tiles are somewhat misaligned and the shower cubicle has the green slime along some edges. Paint on outdoor walls scraping off, rust marks underneath metal light holders. While the room is spacious have seen more inspiring rooms from local resort hotels. All these gets your head scratching whether you are actually at a shangri-la hotel. The water slides were fun. Could have put some ambient music to liven up the pools. In my opinion unless you are golfing wouldn't recommend. Food: 3/10 Room: 6/10 Atmosphere/feel: 6/10 Overall: 6/10 Read less

Mr. Navod confused us, he was not attentive and rude for local customers.Voice tone was not polite and didn't have a caring nature that one must have when working as a receptionist. Overall Hotel was good. Housekeeping of the rooms can be improved. Maybe the hotel was closed for a long time due to the pandemic. When we checked in to our rooms and entered the elevator (rooms building behind reception) had a musty/moldy smell. Best thing about the hotel was their staff was Covid19 health and safety measures were very well. There were hand sanitizers at some public areas. Staff serving food we're wearing masks, gloves and face shields. At the entrance of the restaurant they don't allow the guest to enter without a mask. I would recommend to keep the masks in a visible place where guests can see them and give everyone a face mask upon arrival + put some hand sanitizers near the elevators and staircases. Public areas of the hotel is clean and elegant. Read less
