General: better to have clear signboard at the road junction, especially at night, the road is so dark. Very value for money. This is my second staycation after MCO, compared with E&O I stayed in Penang, your company culture is so much better! The feeling is totally different. Both hotels give huge discount during this difficult time, but E&O will reduce their service or perks to meet the discounted price. On the contrary, your resort adds on a lot of extra benefits to attract more customers. Although the building looks a bit dated, but you maintain it very well. Staffs: 100% friendly, you have great staffs! Almost all staffs will greet us even just passing by. Room: very nice and good view. Very clean and feel safe to stay. Would be better if slippers were provided in the room. Also weird to have only 1 bathrobe available. Bed is super comfy, but I personally don't like the pillow, cannot support my neck. Dining: ordered one beef rendang for lunch, but so sorry to say it didn't meet my standard, way toooo mild. However the breakfast was very delicious, except seafood noodles was a bit too salty. The check-in process was fluid, the room we had on the 5th floor was spotless and spacious, completed with all the luxury amenities. The food at Kozan and Tepi Laut were so delicious. The staff were friendly. Special appreciation to Kenneth, Nora and Isaac for their efforts in making sure our stay at RRR is enjoyable and memorable.

I will give 5 star if the breakfast is better. There was no pastry choice for our 2 years old. Only toast. Perhaps the reason is RMCO so they have budget cut for breakfast. I wish this place is closer to KL so we can come more often. SPA was GREAT, must try. Thanks friendly front desk officers. Thanks everyone!! Read less

The suite boasted a balcony tub which we used often, the room was large and airy with a well appointed bathroom. A very comfortable bed ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious served by friendly and attentive staff. An absolute recommendation is the Japanese restaurant and Chef Azli, he’s simply the best. The pool and the service there is exceptional All in all and despite the current restrictions we had a fabulous time. Thank you everyone and hope to see you all soon. Read less
