I need know how I can purchase my own pillow! Those pillows were amazingly soft! It felt as though my head was cradled in a cloud of softness. I slept so comfortably well. The room was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious. I definitely will be staying there again

My reservation was cancelled due to COVID-19 and the resort being closed in July. When I called to get refund, I was told 60-90days. Unacceptable, I get tough times but 3 months? Every upgrade/change was charged to my card right away. Was really looking forward to this resort..but this is giving 2nd thoughts.

Most suites have king beds, which pushes the adult appeal. The public areas such as the main restaurant and lobby are open, allowing cats to linger which is something I despise about many Caribbean resorts. The adults only pool requiress a wristband and has a very Miami/Las Vegas party vibe complete with hip music, constant champagne service, gorgeous staff. Even as a single adult guest, I prefer the convenience and comfort of the main hotel. The Cove is quite a distance from the resort's main attractions (casino, waterpark, restaurants, aquarium, etc). Though the Cove accommodations are more upscale and spacious, the Cove section is quiet and less crowded. Guests go the to the Atlantis for the activity and the liveliness. It is worth being in the middle of it all. I would return or recommend a stay in the main hotel, perhaps the Coral section to get a more centralized location and full balcony. Read less

My gratitude goes to the Tripadvisor community for giving us a voice and to the management and guest relations staff at the Atlantis. Although, I did pick up trash on the beach every day and clean out of the water and it was extremely dirty and upsetting to see. We have stayed at The Cove twice now and Atlantis three total times. It is very very expensive to eat on-site and honestly there is very little ways to save money for food. The food at the Atlantis is not that great for what you will be spending. The rooms are spacious and the pools amazing and the drinks soooo yummy! I love love to snorkel in the clear water here. Read less
