We had a 2 bedroom family suite with half board. We loved that we could eat at lots of different restaurants. Fine dining every night. The main person for me was azleen in the lobby she made our stay extra special and nothing was ever a problem. We will never forget azleen and will be back to see her. Other people to mention who also made our stay better was Ashley( lobby) mahesh (lobby) Kabir(breakfast) bakar (lobby) Abbas (breakfast) If you are looking for a luxury comfortable stay Jumeirah beach if your place. Stayed here for 6 nights on a really good offer. First time we have stayed here and would definitely like to stay here again. Had the half board option (which I would recommend) which allowed us to eat at all the restaurants including in Mina A Salam and Madinat Souk so the food was amazing. Free access to wild wadi each day which was great for the kids. All the pools were really nice and the temperature of the pools was cool providing relief from the heat of the summer. There were some negatives though otherwise I would have given it 5 out of 5. We met a few people whilst staying here and everyone said the same word and that was its a bit Fawlty Towers. Just little things here and there. Breakfast was very busy and disorganised. Room cleaning service wqs hap hazard. One day you would get 1 new towel. Other days you would get 3. Coffee machine was never stocked up and glasses in the room were never cleaned. The buggy service to the souk was inconsistent. I don't know why they don't just have a regular timetable rather than everyone struggling to get on a buggy. It seemed like the hotel was short staffed. However I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but I would expect it to be better during the winter months when prices are very expensive. I would like to thank Myriam, Perera and Santosh for making our stay better than it could have been. They were a credit to the hotel and brand. Read less
