The Courtyard King Rooms with 1 king-size bed, sleeps up to 2 adults.

Collins King Rooms overlooking Collins Avenue, with 1 king-size bed, sleeps up to 2 adults.

Corner King Rooms with open concept living space, 1 king-size bed and pull-out sofa bed, sleeps up to 3 adults.

I'm pretty sure that would be impossible to find a better combination of location, room quality and amazing customer service experience than here. This experience was set the moment we walked in the door. These people care and make sure the experience for the entire stay is amazing. Chance are you will come across Alex the Guest Services Manager at some point during your stay. He is as genuine and accommodating as any individual you will meet at any 5 star hotel. He and the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasing and comfortable. Add this to the fact that they have a gem of a restaurant and the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. I find it hard to believe you could improve upon this experience. Having been to Miami multiple times this latest trip will be remembered most by how we were treated and made to feel welcomed by the entire team. My thanks and heartfelt appreciation for making for an amazing experience. Read less

Awesome hotel and very helpful staff. Frank helped us out with booking and our check out time, super helpful guy. Also the pool is pretty cool and the room was clean and comfortable beds were nice. We loved the over all vibe and location.

Do not book this hotel! They’re currently closed to date and are still accepting bookings on their website and third party sites for the same day. After you book, they’ll wait until the check in date and email you that the Redbury hotel is still closed and offer you a room at their sister hotel, the Iberostar Berkeley instead. Do not book this hotel! They’re currently closed to date and are still accepting bookings on their website and third party sites for the same day. After you book, they’ll wait until the check in date and email you that the Redbury hotel is still closed and offer you a room at their sister hotel, the Iberostar Berkeley instead. It’s a complete bait and switch! I booked a 710 sq feet room at Redbury and they tried to offer me a room at Iberostar Berkeley that are 310 sq ft max. When I called them to reject their offer and get my refund, the reservation agent claimed the Redbury is open. I was already in Miami and stopped by the Redbury and there are chains on the door and an electrical cord hanging from the tree. They were definitely not ready to be open but waited until the last minute to notify me. They tried to claim that I couldn’t cancel because it was past the 24 hrs policy, even though their hotel is not open!! Since then, the hotel doesn’t pick up their phones and doesn’t respond to any email. They’ll send you an email 17 hrs before check in to switch you to a random hotel, but can’t check/respond to emails when you want a refund. They’re a bunch of crooks. I’ve never seen this type of behavior from a so called 4 star hotel. Do not give them or the Iberostar Berkeley any business. Read less

The best location in south beach if you are not dishing out $$$ for beachfront. One block from the beach , surrounded by all the restaurants and bars (most which are open 24hrs). The best location in south beach if you are not dishing out $$$ for beachfront. One block from the beach , surrounded by all the restaurants and bars (most which are open 24hrs). Beach chairs and towels at the Delano beach spot is included , umbrellas and cabanas are extra $. Access to the Delano hotel gym as well. This hotel is a small boutique hotel , beautiful decor , not too busy , front desk staff always smiling and asking if you need any help. Rooftop is a great spot. Nice size pool with lots of loungers , hammocks , umbrellas. There is a bar up there too with a bartender on Friday/Saturday evenings only. The rooms are small but you are not spending much time in your room anyways, and the bathrooms are beautiful with an amazing rain shower head! The room doors are extremely heavy and loud so you can get woken up by your neighbours leaving their rooms , and by the maids and other guests talking in the hallways , but that would be my only complaint about this hotel. Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktails on the rooftop were amazing. Room was clean and stocked with yummy munchies. Can’t fault it in any way. Stayed in the midst of the covid-19 outbreak to sadly had to leave early.
