The hotel

A luxurious, secluded retreat, set on an island, 25 minutes from the mainland, you’ll enjoy luxury oceanfront accommodation as well as tranquility, holistic wellness and ‘Endless Privileges®’. All rooms are oceanfront, ideal for admiring picture-perfect sunsets, but first more about those privileges. They include no check-in/check-out time, a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh fruit delivered daily. Guests also have access to personalised, 25-minute private yacht transfer between the mainland and the island to visit sister resorts, although we guarantee you’ll be hard pushed to leave this one! Dining is at the award-winning Casa Rolandi, specialising in North Italian-Swiss cuisine and featuring an al-fresco dining panoramic terrace so you can admire the views over a cocktail or two. Alternatively, take advantage of the 'Sip, Savour and See' Dining Experience — inviting guests to sample the menus, top-shelf spirits and live entertainment at AMResorts properties close by.

Where is it

On the beach on the exclusive island of Isla Mujeres. Close proximity to Isla Mujeres Underwater Museum (MUSA). Transfer time from Cancun Airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry port, Marina Hacienda del Mar: 40 minutes, then a 25-minute private yacht transfer to Isla Mujeres.

All Inclusive of: Endless Privileges® include a Yacht transfer from Marina Hacienda del Mar in Cancun to the hotel from 6:00am-10:30pm (reservations must be made at least 24-hours prior to arrival or to guarantee the service. We spent 8 beautiful days there in March 2024. It's a nice 35-room hotel. But what made our stay memorable and the reason I'm writing this review was because of the STAFF. Literally from the moment we arrived to the time we left, they were there to please and cater to our every need. We quickly learned that all you have to do is ask. And they promptly and professionally did whatever they could to make it happen. It all starts with Vanessa and Daniel at the front desk. Then at the Casa Rolandi restaurant. Dennis was amazing, but also Saulo, Jenner, José, and the whole staff. The maid who did our room and the pool waiters too. There was a gardener, I can't remember his name, he was an older gentleman, he wore a green shirt and pants. I want to thank them and all the staff, for making this wonderfully memorable experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful: especially Leo and Jorge. The food was always delicious and well prepared. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature for swimming and just resting in the water. I will, hopefully return after the remodel this year.

The staff is amazing and the restaurants were off the charts-- especially for an all inclusive. I sprained my ankle unfortunately walking into the hotel on our last day and the staff went above and beyond by providing ice, wrapping my ankle and providing crutches until we departed the next day. They also ensured I had wheelchair service to and while I was at Cancun airport. I can say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Zoetry. I do hope to return soon, but the place definitely needs some TLC as it is dated which I understand is coming soon!!! Read less

Not a 5 -star (needs some improvements) BUT it is a lovely resort and we had a great stay here. Staff is polite and friendly, our room very clean and food delicious. There is also a great view of the sunset from the rooms terrace. The complimentary catamaran pick-up and drop off service is definitely a plus. I would recommend it!

We visited this hotel at the suggestion of a friend and we were very pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel is older and somewhat dated in decor, they will be undergoing extending remodeling in the next few months. The staff are fantastic and the food is superb.
