Bally's Hotel and Casino

The Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

With unwavering service, comprehensive dining and amenities that are second to none, it’s no doubt Bally’s has been welcoming excited guests for over 30 years now! There’s the casino of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside instead — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Or perhaps a game of tennis might tempt you? The complex here is one of the largest on the Strip with eight floodlit courts to choose from. Golfers will appreciate a free tee session at one of two nearby golf courses or shop ‘til you drop at Bally’s Avenue. It’s not just about the gambling in Las Vegas, there’s the shows as well and Bally’s plays host to some of the best. Feel like you’re attending an actual wedding — Tony n’ Tina’s to be precise, or take a step to the left with the cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Dining at Bally’s can be sumptuous with bottomless Champagne, caviar and lobster or play it simple and grab a martini and an appetiser at the Steakhouse Bar.

Worst customer service. The front desk wasn’t helpful and flat out rude when asking for help. The manager Tee wouldn’t even help look into a problem our group had with parking. Additionally, someone in our group found a used needle in the room fridge and it took the hotel 4 hours to get it out of their room. Lastly, booked upgrade strip rooms… Read more

My husband and I had a conference mid week in June at the convention center, and choose this hotel, because its location (Mid strip, close to the monorail to convention center and night conference parties), comps and no resort fees from my Caesar Diamond rewards. I have stayed in many hotel in the strip in the last 10 years including, Wynn, Encore, Aria, Mirage, Flamingo,Luxor, Nomad, Westin, so I didn't have high expectations. Wow! I was wrong! We reserved a Jubilee Room and it was huge, with an amazing view of the strip and Paris hotel, it was VERY clean, no marihuana smell as I experienced in Flamingo just a month earlier, not many people (midweek helped). The service was great, Only issue was most restaurants being closed or having limited hours (due the lack of employees) but there are plenty of options outside the hotel. I will stay at the Balleys anytime in the future! Read less

Stayed at balleysfir the first time. Hotel in Central strip so was great for getting around. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a good trip but one thing bothered all of us was how miserable the roulette croypiers were. There was no chat or interaction from the majority of them. Just nothing compared to other casinos we visited.

Do not be fooled by the updated looking photos of renovated rooms! This place is dumpy and unkept. Our room was disgusting - not well cleaned prior to our stay at all, hair in the shower, Kleenex under the bathroom cabinet, stains on the couches, a thick layer of grime on the bathroom fixtures like the towel racks. The furniture was beat up and the interior of the hotel in the main areas is smelly and lack luster! Stay somewhere else!!! Also our RV was parked in their oversized parking lot where our bikes were stolen and although we had a few nice employees help us out there were also a handful of rude ones here that left us feeling annoyed! Check out other central options like Paris or Caesars! Read less
