She went out of her way to check in on us, gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations and even sent a kind gift to our room! The hotel was an oasis of calm on the strip but with great access to everything you would need. I am also very conscious of cleanliness (especially in Vegas hotels) and our room was absolutely spotless - housekeeping was great. If you want a luxurious, personalised experience in Vegas, I highly recommend this hotel. Read less

This is not a hotel but the top 5 floors of the Mandalay. There is no atmosphere, no destination restaurant, poor quality spa/gym, a pool within the pool area of the Mandalay, it's expensive. It is described as being adjacent to the Mandalay but it is not. If you stayed at the Mandalay on the floor beneath the Four Seasons it would be a… Read more

It is described as being adjacent to the Mandalay but it is not. If you stayed at the Mandalay on the floor beneath the Four Seasons it would be a fraction of the price. Most of the amenities are at the Mandalay. There was no atmosphere...very few people there. We moved to the Wynn, which at 40% occupancy felt busy by comparison and had a great atmosphere. We felt totally mislead. A great pity as we stay regularly at some of the other amazing Four Seasons hotels....so this was not what we expected at all. Read less

The bidet wand had feces from previous guests all over it because housekeeping did not know they needed to clean it. One of the grossest experiences of my life. Other than that the hotel is nice and the staff is accommodating.
