The hotel

One of the region’s most iconic buildings, Jumeirah Emirates Towers combines leisure and business for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the financial district. The hotel tower and the office tower are connected by The Boulevard, the place to go to splash the cash on those designer brands and grab a bite to eat at the celebrated Parisian hangout, La Cantine du Faubourg. If the Boulevard isn’t enough to fill your shopaholic desires, you’re just minutes from The Dubai Mall with it’s host of shops, attractions, and restaurants. Whilst you’re located in heart of the city, staying at the Emirates Towers give you complimentary access to the private beach at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, so you can ensure you get your fill of sunbathing in too. If you’ve had a busy work schedule on your trip, The Talise Spa is on hand to relax and rejuvenate, with an oxygen bar and flotation pool as well as a host of treatments. You don’t even have to leave the room to feel pampered though, there’s a menu of in-room bath options to enjoy a soak with a twist. And when you retire to the bedroom, the skyline views of Dubai really are spectacular.

Very family friendly. Vast options for the breakfast buffet and excellent service and guest hospitality. The room service was amazing. Everyone had a smile on their faces. Central location with excess to the Future museum and the metro 🚇 station.

I stayed in this hotel in April. Actually that was my second time in this hotel. One of the best hotels I ever stayed, staff were amazing and polite. The lobby atmosphere was fabulous. The room was clean and nice. I really enjoyed it and Jumeirah Emirates Towers will be my first choice in my next trip.

I have visited the hotel a number of times over the years. It is not new but staff is nice, breakfast good, rooms large and price is competitive. This time we ( and other guests) had a bad experience. Hotel management decided to have a live band at the restaurant possibly to mark the end of Ramadan. This meant loud noise which reached the lower and upper floors (above 25th). At 10:45 pm we called asking for the music to be turned down. Action was promised but not delivered. The music went on until 11:45 pm. It is an unwise decision from management ( my opinion) to annoy the whole hotel for few restaurant patrons. Read less
