Currently under major renovation. Close to Times Square and Radio City Music Hall is 2 blocks away too. 13 blocks from Penn Station (25 minute walk). This is not what you would expect!! Air conditioning unit was noisy and the lowest temperature we could get was 68 Fahrenheit. No opening window so as the weather was gorgeous the room was far too hot!! Bed very uncomfortable and small as was the room! Plug sockets were all loose. Paint damage and plaster damage to walls and woodwork! The door hit the TV on the wall when we came in or went out of the room. Housekeeping is intermittent! Lifts!!!! Unreliable. Took ages for a lift to arrive and often they would be full so had to wait even further!! We could hear the bell of the lift in our room every time it was in use!!! We didn't get much sleep for our 4 night stay!! The only good thing about this hotel were the staff all very freindly and helpful. If we hadn't paid upfront for our holiday we we would never have stayed here!! All in all the hotel was a cheap, tatty and nasty place to stay. Seriously in need of renovation!! Read less

This is not even close to 4 stars. No coffee maker or mini fridge or ice maker on premises. Pics show a bar that looks attached or in hotel. It’s a bar somewhere in NY. So many gripes, how much time do you have

While this hotel might be in a great location I would not recommend anyone to stay unless you are willing to pay an extra $100 per night because you will never see your security deposit money back. I have tried to communicate with them through the phone and through emails and they keep ignoring me. Horrible experience.

If you are looking to be close to everything in NYC this is the place to stay. Times Square is where you want to be, everything is within easy walking distance. If you need that extra energy stop by Hersey’s for your free arrival chocolate. 😀
