Wonderful, attentive staff and beautiful rooms! Check-in was easy. Stored my bag when room was not ready (arrived hours before check-in time.) Restaurant is also great! Had lunch in there and also in the meeting room.

The hotel was extremely nice hotel and the staff were the absolute best. We will definitely be staying at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile for all future trips to Chicago. In addition to the nice, clean hotel, the location is in a quiet, up-scale area of the city.

The ham and cheese egg white omelet was one of the best I’ve ever had and the roasted potatoes were crisp and well seasoned. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Sofitel in the future. The hotel overall was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and attentive to whatever you need. The only complaint that my family had is that it is not kid friendly. The hotel overall was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and attentive to whatever you need. The only complaint that my family had is that it is not kid friendly. First there are some edges that are exposed that my 2yr old daughter almost bumped her head to. Also when we booked the hotel, there is a sofa lounge available in the picture but in the room there is none. The sofa is very important to us since we planned to have our kid stay there when we are in the room rather than in the bed all the time which is high for her age, not to mention that she fell twice already from the bed. Overall the stay is convenient and relaxing. Will we stay again? Maybe not for now, we might wait for another 5 years so my daughter is all grownup. Read less
