All with air-conditioning, 55" TV with pay-per-view movies, signature Westin Heavenly® Bed, Westin White Tea Heavenly™ bath amenities, alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and board, mini-fridge*, safe, bathrobes and hairdryer. Traditional Rooms are 340–405 sq ft and are on floors 7 through 12, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms all have a unique layout and are 360–480 sq ft, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium Rooms are 475–500 sq ft and have city views, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Had some issues on a recent stay. Notified checkout staff, manager never called. Followed up a week later, manager still didnt follow up on issues. Broken elevator, buckled carpet in room, broken desk lamp, wrinkled sheets on checkin.

Elegant hotel with large rooms .we had a corner suite with great views of the city . Only one restaurant open but there’s plenty outside of hotel . Lobby bar is open . Easy to walk everywhere. Has a late Starbucks in lobby and too!

Had a great stay here during Marathon weekend. If they had a competition for best valet team these folks would bring home the trophy for speed. The hotel is huge but has few services. On the plus size, the car valet is very quick and efficient and the rooms are large and well equipped. The location is great. On the flip side, the hotel has very few services. After two days of not having maid service I called and was told there is no maid service unless you request it by 10 am. The rep told me tersely that this info was on a sheet of paper in my room. I told her I had no such paper and she argued with me that housekeeping services puts one on every room. They brought me towels and the sheet of paper and to my surprise there was also room service which I would have liked to know about. Later I asked my daughter if she had the sheet of paper and she said no. There is a small 3x5 card posted on the desk when you check in but I didn’t see it. They should hand the sheet to you when you check in or tell it to you orally. Anyway, be forewarned that by the time you check into your room, there was likely dirty towels and trash in the room for a few days which seems unsanitary. I went to the desk to request maid service and a very rude person walked over and said “room number?”’ So I answered and she said do you want your receipt and I realized she had checked me out without even asking me what I needed. So I told her to please send maid service. From there I went to the room where breakfast was being served. No luck. It’s for Platinum members and above and my husband is mere Silver. Choose between the line at Starbucks or go back to the room and order room service. The app didn’t work on my phone so I phoned it in. I thought that rather than write a bad review, I would speak to someone in person. However there was no manager on duty in the hotel. So be forewarned that it is a struggle to stay at the hotel.
