WOW Suites feature city or lake views, two bedrooms with 46" TVs, 2 full bathrooms (shower only) with plush robes, separate living area with Bang & Olufsen sound system, and a dining room with seating for 6. 1 king-size bed in each bedroom, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

EWOW is the presidential suite, with panoramic wraparound windows featuring Lady Bird Lake views, and a luxurious living room with state-of-the-art sound system and a 52" TV. Enhanced decor, and a large closet and vanity area in the master bedroom. Two bedrooms with 46" TVs in each, dining room with space for 7 and a large wet bar. Master bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower and separate tub. Guest bathroom. Hairdryer and plush robes. Catering space and separate catering entrance. 1 king-size bed in each bedroom (1 rollaway bed / crib permitted), sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

TRACE (signature restaurant featuring authentic Texan flavour, and a patio with live entertainment). The Living Room Bar (unique take on a lobby bar, with a comfortable open space, and additional rooms, including The Record Room, the Tequila Bar, and the Secret Bar). In-room dining is available 24 hours a day. 

WET Deck pool area with loungers, towels, tanning shelves and private cabanas*, as well as programmed entertainment* and a bar. AWAY Spa* offering a variety of treatments. FIT state-of-the-art fitness centre, with ample equipment, including peloton bikes. Texas's largest happy hour at TRACE and The Living Room area, 4pm-6pm, Sunday to Thursday, featuring DJs and other live entertainment (schedule varies).

She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated with some goodies and gifts to make our stay more enjoyable. My daughter and I enjoy going to Austin for the Statesman Cap 10K and, even though it’s a splurge, we love staying at the W Austin because not only is it a great location, but we choose the W over others because we love the bar areas in the hotel. We booked online through our bank and didn’t go to their website, so we weren’t aware that they were closed for renovations and there was only a temporary bar set up. The entry into the hotel lobby changed and was difficult to get to and there was no reduction in room rate, which was $790 per night for a very basic 2 queen bed room, but also $64 parking fee! Hotel is undergoing renovations, so things were a bit jumbled. Nice service, though, and the rooms are very nice. I would return but only after the renovations are complete. Valet parking is very expensive, and the breakfast service was a bit lacking.

On Feb 24 the my bag LV bag went missing out of my room . I had called house keeping to see if they maybe put it somewhere i didn’t see. I was told to look a few different places but my bag was no where to be found. On Feb 24 the my bag LV bag went missing out of my room . I had called house keeping to see if they maybe put it somewhere i didn’t see. I was told to look a few different places but my bag was no where to be found. The head of house keeping came to my room and together we turned the room upside down to look for it , but we found nothing . Security was called and i gave them a description as well pictures of the bad . Hoping maybe it was accidentally put in laundry that wasn’t the case . I was told the hotel director would be reaching out . I’ve made numerous calls and almost two weeks later i still haven’t heard from the director and still waiting to hear how they plan on solving the problem . It’s really frustrating . I wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel as clearly they housekeeping is either thieves or careless with peoples personal items . I might add that i told housekeeping that i didn’t want to be serviced so i was surprised when i went to my room for my hound charger and found them in there . Really bad customer service. Read less

The room was fancy and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby. I also liked the Davines shampoo and conditioner provided, that’s very good stuff! The gym is very well equipped especially for the people who like to do CrossFit (there is a rower and an assault bike ❤️ - first time I see this in a hotel!) . They also have 3 peloton bikes. I want to extend a special thank to Suzanne for her exceptional friendliness during my check in process. I really appreciated her dedication to provide amazing customer service!
