Where is it

On Dubai's iconic Palm Island on 46 hectares of its Crescent, overlooking the Dubai Marina skyline. Atlantis, The Palm is just a 25-minute drive from the centre of Dubai and a 15-minute drive to Dubai Marina. There is also a monorail to the mainland. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Hotel information

1,544 generously proportioned rooms including 167 suites, all of which include daily complimentary access (for up to 2 children per room) to Atlantis Explorers Club and The Zone, and a complimentary daily pass to Aquaventure Waterpark, as well as daily access to Awaken Wellness. All rooms/suites have air-conditioning, cable TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. 

Palm View Rooms feature a French balcony overlooking the Dubai skyline and palm island, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children (below 14 years). 

Half Board option: includes breakfast and dinner, and soft drinks whilst dining. Meals can be redeemed in Kaleidoscope (breakfast and dinner), Saffron (breakfast and dinner), The Edge (dinner), The Shore (dinner), Asia Republic (dinner), Beach Buns Burgers (dinner), The Burger Joint (dinner), Plato's Lobby Lounge (dinner). Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza (dinner), Shawafel (dinner), Ayamna (dinner). The following restaurants can be enjoyed on the Half Board package for a supplement (payable locally): Nobu (AED 400 per person, ages 10 and under only permitted to dine at the early sitting), Hakkasan (AED 400 per person, ages 10 and under only permitted to dine at the early sitting), Seafire (AED 250 per person) and Gordon Ramsay Street Bread (AED 100 per person).

Please note: all guests in the room must be on the same meal plan. 

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks. Lunch is available in 3 restaurants: The Shore, Wavehouse and Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. Breakfast and dinner options are the same as with the Half Board option. Ocean View Rooms with a private balcony offering partial or full Arabian sea views, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults, 1 child below 14 years old and 1 infant or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant, or 2 adults and 2 children (below 14 years). 

2-Bedroom Family Rooms are perfect for families looking for a little extra space and privacy, consisting of 2 guaranteed interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 queen-size beds and a sofa bed, featuring views over The Palm or the Arabian Sea. Sleeps maximum 7 people (adults/children).

We had a delightful stay at Atlantis with my family. We got through most of the tourist activities in 2 days. Definatey an experience! the buffet at breakfast and dinner is so vast!! delicious and unbelievable.

We traveled a long distance to reach the hotel, only to find that the route was not safe due to severe weather conditions. Despite contacting the hotel beforehand to inquire about road conditions, we were assured that everything was fine. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to discover that the weather had made the journey treacherous. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had provided more accurate information or alternative travel recommendations to ensure our safety. Despite the inconvenience, once inside, the hotel's amenities and service were impeccable. Read less

Our 2nd stay at Atlantis, this time we returned with our parents. The hotel is incredible, the facilities are brilliant with everything on site. It suits families, adults and couples. There was an issue of being overcharged prior to arriving which we were unable to get a reply from the hotel and raised it on check in. It still took a while to resolve when we were there but the hotel compensated us amazingly for this with access to the imperial lounge which made our stay as we were able to enjoy it in the afternoon and drinks before dinner. Slightly disappointed with the half board a la carte restaurants included this time but the buffets are brilliant and have everything you could wish for. Would highly recommend Atlantis and hopefully we will be back again. Read less
