This was my second stay at this location. The first time I stayed I had a negative incident at the restaurant but I spoke to the manager, he apologized so I decided to return. This was my second stay at this location. The first time I stayed I had a negative incident at the restaurant but I spoke to the manager, he apologized so I decided to return. Following this stay I will not be going back nor recommending it to my friends and family. I stay at a lot of hotels 4 stars and up on a regular basis. The price point for this location was $300 USD/ night. I am appalled that they charged me an extra $65 USD due to make up stains on the pillow case and towel! If you are of a darker skin tone and you wear makeup I suggest you pack your own supply of towels etc… to stay at this location. We were also forced to wait over an hour to check in when other guests got their room access immediately. We sat in the lobby and when we saw multiple guests gaining access to their rooms so we went back to the front desk to inquire if our room was finally ready after waiting 1.5 hours we got the key. The continental breakfast items were never restocked. Breakfast started at 8 am and by 8:15 am the danishes were finished. We inquired and they said there were all finished. The pool was not clean as well. I was not happy. Read less

My 9 year old daughter and I traveled here and had an amazing experience. The kindness and generosity of the staff was unbeatable. On so many occasions, they went above and beyond to make our stay the nicest, not just in the hotel, but on the whole island. When we forgot an item for our day sail to another Grenadines they taxied over in a boat and pulled up along side our boat to deliver it completed unsolicited by us. I was almost in tears. How incredibly sweet! They put us in touch with a fabulous guide too. Ask for him. His name is Curtice. Read less

It takes a little time to settle into Bequia time. It’s not just a slowing down but an acceptance that life goes on and can be better, at a slower pace. Smiles abound, some shy, most broad and this makes staying here a plus. The people make the place.

Travelled with a four and five year old. Just loved this place. Great cabins. Had our privacy and the kids loved to lounge on the deck. The restaurant was great. Perfect view for the sunset. Kids could go on the beach and look at the crabs while we relaxed and ate dinner. Staff was great at the restaurant and hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday in the morning. The location was perfect. About a 10 min walk to the town. Minus our kids trying to count every sea urchin (there are lots). Five minute walk to Princess Margaret beach. The hotel beach was smaller (than the two nearby, obviously), but very nice and well maintained. There is actually lots to see if you snorkel. Go to the cliff side. Massive schools of fish. Saw three octopus as well. Kids had a blast with their goggles and seeing all the fish! Princess Margaret is a beautiful beach too (Best snorkeling is on the far side near the Lion's Den tent). Lots of locals selling beer out of their coolers. Try the rum punch FYI everyone makes it with the extra strong rum. If you haven't heard of that rum, look it up! You can rent beach chairs everywhere for $10 EC. Honestly, I could spend a few days at this place every year. Kids loved Bequia and the hotel so much. Read less

What an absolute magical experience. Quiet, remote, stunning beach and the most wonderful staff on the planet. Food was an issue but everyone accommodated beyond our requirements. The rooms were an absolute gem and the beach - wow wow wow But the most important was the service - the staff went above and beyond especially for our 5 year old! From making a bonfire by the beach (what an experience) to making sure she was just having the best time! Can’t wait and hope to be back! Special thanks to ever charismatic manager Pascal and his amazing service and care! Jeanmark and his amazing attitude and charm. Our wonderful folks Rafael who knows how to deal with snakes, Dimitri who made sure we had the best time at the beach, Tia, Breea, Zen, Camara, the amazing front desk crew, Chef Martin and the fun folks at Bequia Plantation that we forgot to mention - THANK YOU for providing the much needed respite and Vincentian Hospitality. Till next time - the Rahmans! Read less
