Another great stay here. Friendly and hospitable staff. The people on the door were very helpful when we needed to get through the floods and overall handled the flooding brilliantly. Breakfast relocated, taken down to the beach. Enjoyed lunch at the pool and restaurant as well.

Our stay was made extraordinary by the fabulous club lounge team. Hossam, Kritika, Shania, Matti, Ahmed and Barakar are friendly, courteous, informative and a huge asset to the hotel. I would recommend the club lounge if you stay here as this team take your stay to the next level. Thank you!
