496 apartments, from 8-15 floors, in 5 buildings all with lifts. 2-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 6 adults with a king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. All apartments have a balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 42" TV screen and TV's in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle; a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, safe, iron and board, en-suite facilities in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a 2nd bathroom and hairdryer.

3-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 adults with king-size beds in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom with a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

Clean hotel. Staff were helpful and welcoming. I must say the two bedroom sweet was perfect for my family. I definitely would recommend some upgrade on the furniture in the living areas especially, they were a little dated. But everything else awesome

The staff are so friendly! The rooms are always so clean and fully stocked. We have been staying at the location on vacation for 5 Years now. We love it at LBV resort!

This was a spacious condo but the furniture wasn't in the best condition and looked like it wasn't maintained on a regular basis.For example, the sectional in the living room had cushions that were flat, torn and stained. Not a good impression.

My only concern/correction to make is making sure that frustrated employees use calmer voices. People staying at the resort were walking across the grass, and we heard someone yell in a brusque voice to "get off the grass" (more than once, but also understandable). The only reason I even mention this is because it was loud, did not sound hospitable, and the establishment takes pride in acquiring repeat customers by providing an excellent experience. More signs, which are more visibly placed, could help. Overall, we were just incredibly pleased with our stay. We were only 25 minutes from the airport and a maximum of 25 minutes from theme parks, 45 minutes to Blue Springs (clear water, and winter home to wild manatees), and little over an hour to Daytona Beach. Great location, great amenities, which made for a wonderful stay. Thank you! Read less

Took my boys to Disney. One is 16, the other 6. The two bedroom suite was perfect for us! We had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is beautiful and was a lot of fun for my little guy. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The outlets are right there! Could always get a cab quickly if needed. Definitely will go… Read more
