Studio Suites feature either 1 king-size or 2 double beds, and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 5 people.

This hotel is run down. Dirty couches and carpets. But great breakfast, set up to cater to the masses that come here. Biggest problem I have with them is the price gouging. They charge a “destination fee.” This is not a resort fee, and is not listed anywhere on the app. I’m sure they figure it’s only 5 bucks so ppl won’t even notice. While $5… Read more

While $5 certainly isn’t going break me, I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. After all, who is going to leave for a measly $5 when they’ve humped in all their luggage with family in tow? Amazing hotel for anyone visiting the Orlando area! Rooms are spacious, breakfast is wonderful and the staff are so kind. Special shoutout to Jami at the bar she is such a sweet and fun person, really made our night with amazing drinks and turning our favorite show on the TV.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel after a recent stay. I will start by saying the hallway outside of my room smelled of urine, and the carpet looks old. When we walked into our room, the room is a nice size, but the furnishings are very outdated. Our sleeper sofa had multiple stains on it and look so disgusting that I would not be comfortable sleeping on it. The bathroom tile is also worn and there were several stains in our bathtub. What was the most disgusting thing was we encountered several bugs in our room and another family that was traveling with us found a used condom in their room. When I went to the front desk to express my concern, the only people there were two employees that had trainee on their badges. They did not seem to know how to address the situation and I had to wait almost 30 minutes talking to a “trainee” at the front desk before her supervisor came and was able to rectify the situation. I was so disgusted by the hotel that I checked out and went to another property that was much better. The only thing I can say that was positive is the free breakfast was nice but other than that I do not recommend that you stay at this hotel. There are much better options at similar price points very close by. Read less

During my stay Laura, Sandra, Emmy, Maria, Silvana, and Angela were a delight during my vacation. Definitely recommend their assistance hospitality and comfort. They were very attentive service was excellent very cordial room service delightful

Marco at the kids center was great. He was very helpful with the kids and their activities and very attentive. I would recommend him for any future events as he is great with kids. I hope that more activities are offered I. The future and advertised better as not a lot of people know about this and I think they would take part if they knew.
