The experience was amazing, every staff member was friendly and their service was efficient. Everyone was interested in making our vacation memorable. Courteous front office staff, pleasant and helpful bell-men, clean, secluded and quiet property ( excluding entertainment sessions). I had the same room attendant everyday, she checked every morning to see if I needed service and was done cleaning my room before I returned from breakfast. I traveled with my 6 year old so we mostly ate from Martha’s buffet and they had a wide delicious selection everyday. Family visited and enjoyed the pool and alcohol selection. I was pleased when offered a pass to enjoy the property after we checked out as my ride came a few hours past check out. My daughter is already begging me to return, which we will do soon. Where do I start! Absolutely loved this trip from start to finish! We paid for the privilege package which I would recommend doing. On arrival we were met straight away by a bell boy who got our cases from the taxi, once he had them he went and got us all a drink from the lobby piano bar. Once we had checked in ( the privilege wrist bands are so pretty!) we had a tour in one of the golf caddies by a butler. Mikhail was so informative and friendly. The room was great complete with jacuzzi bath. Lovely little extras scattered around for the privilege package. Balcony had a great view of the sea and pool. Rooms were cleaned everyday and to a high standard. One day we did have to ask for the mini fridge to be stocked as it was forgotten but with in 30mins they had been. We had a WhatsApp chat going on with the butlers, you can ask for anything through this. We did our restaurant bookings and any queries we had. Pool area was great. Shout out to the privilege pool team especially Sashorn! Everyday we were treated like kings and queens but Sashorn was fabulous and will miss her. Pool bar was ace and bar staff were very entertaining. Singing and dancing away. Remario was our fave. What a guy. Also shout out to Nicholas who was also fab! Cocktails were great 😃 We tried all restaurants and was very impressed. Our favourite was route 66 and tappanyaki was highly entertaining and a great experience. Make sure you visit the jerk shack by the pool ! Yummy. I also loved the shrimp tacos pool side snack. Honestly can not say enough about the food and how tasty it was. The hotel never felt busy despite being lots there. Always got loungers and always somewhere to eat. Def need to book the a la carte ones though. Our favourite for breakfast was privilege and red snapper! Kids enjoyed Martha's market as more selection but this is the busiest one. Entertainment was okay. Shows were standard id say compared to other resorts we have visited but there was a diff show each night. Bowling brill! Again always got in with just a walk in. We didn't try the gym or spa so can not comment on those. Lazy river great too. Kids enjoyed this. I would Def come back here. The staff are amazing. So friendly and kind. Last shout out to Wayne in the blue team. You made us laugh so much on the mike at the DJ booth. Yeh man 😅 Privilege beach side great 😃 lovely colour sea and they remove any seaweed daily. Non privilege side very rocky in the sea, you'll need shoes on. We had a photo shoot by the photo team. Was great and purchased some photos. If I was going to state a couple of negatives I would say the ice cream parlour should be open all day as 4pm is a little late but tasty icecreams! Also the pool entertainment/ activities could go on for longer and more variety but again that's just comparing. All in all we had the best time. Look out for the tree frogs singing by the ice cream parlour. Look closely and you will see them sitting on the leaves. Also look out for the hummingbirds. They are small and quick. Would love to see some nectar feeding stations around for people like me who get excited about wildlife. Also I should mention I used a wheelchair to get around but can get out of it. I found the hotel wheelchair friendly except the privilege pool area which can only but accessed by 3 steps. Thank you again for a lovely holiday. Read less
