From Sarai(pre-wedding event coordinator) to Onita(onsite wedding coordinator) our expectations were exceeded. When I say everything was perfect I mean everything. The officiant was spot on. The DJ was even able to begin/end first dances with the time cues we gave him. He was able to play music that wasn't easily accessed. Lamar at the reception bar showed extra care. Speaking of the resort in general, things I loved: welcome drink, delicious food, adult area, variety of drinks, cleanliness of all areas, stocked frig in room, daily room service, on location shops, the view, nightly entertainment, well-manicured landscaping. People who deserve a shout out: Sarai, Onita, Sage, Lamar Things that could be better: making reservations for restaurants, bathrooms need updated Read less

Just got back from an absolutely fabulous time at Coconut Bay. The people who work there truly made the experience! First shoutout has to go to Michael in the greenhouse. He was absolutely fantastic to talk with, so knowledgeable about the plants and so very passionate about his work. Miles at Cheese Burger in Paradise was amazing too. We loved talking with him and he made the best fish burgers with salsa! Kerry at paradise beach bar was great too! His vibes are absolutely perfect for that bar! Some of the other incredible bar staff were Marz, Dillan, Kevin, Godfrey, Dona, Shass, Stephon, Holder (we loved his relationship with Lucy), Kayla, Tyron, and Edward, smiley Ed (as we called him), and Sage. Special shoutout to Jedi who made the most amazing mango drinks and was so attentive! And we looked forward to seeing Nick and Ersking having a great time at the lobby bar each evening. We had some really kind servers at the delicious restaurants, Rockson at Trattoria, Lisa at Calabash, and Solange at Silk, they really made our evenings better. Honestly we looked forward to the Jerk Treehouse every day too because Nesta, Shamil, and Tammy were so great and made the best jerk! At Coconut Walk and the country and carnival nights, we can’t forget Jonathan, Debbie, Faith, Glenda, Randal, Taila, Skeet, Knight, and Bernicia, and of course Chef Antoinette. Attie at the adventure desk really helped us make the most of our time! And Akia, Keeley, Kaylee, Mel, and Topaz from the entertainment team were fantastic! Also huge thank you to Sam and our housekeeping team for the beautiful notes and towel art, and for keeping our room clean. We would absolutely go back again and can’t recommend this resort enough! It was my first time in St Lucia and I didn't know what to expect. It was just me and my son travelling alone. We had the most amazing time. The staff were lovely and friendly but what made the experience the best was the amazing kids club. The staff there really care about the children. My 6 year old son was very eager to go there daily and they had a great program of activities to do and are very inclusive. Tyrone, Nica and the bar team also did an absolutely amazing job preparing delicious cocktails. Premium alcohol was available at all bars. Highly recommend the dirty banana cocktail and the mudslide. The restaurants being a vegetarian was a little limited. I tried the Italian Trattoria and the food was delicious. Chocolate lava cake was to die for. The next day I tried Calablash but I wasn't so keen on this restaurant as service was very slow and the food ordered wasn't great, I ordered the potato and chick pea curry. The pear pudding was nice though. I never tried silk as again veg options were very limited. But the main restaurant had a variety of food options like pasta, pizza etc. and delicious ice creams for dessert. It was a shame that ice cream wasn't available all the time. The lunch options at jerk tree house for veg was limited and they definitely do not serve sugar cane juice as advertised on the website which was disappointing. Flip flops however had many options to choose from. Nachos were lovely, the Mediterranean food was great too and not forgetting the wood fired pizzas. The only thing i wasnt so keen on was the eating under the stars night which was twice as all the other restaurants were closed so you had no choice to eat there and again hardly any decent veg options. The daily breakfast options were great in the main restaurant but beware of the grumpy smoothie lady. So much attitude daily it was hard to understand. All other staff seemed very happy, friendly and helpful. The swimming pools were great. Recommend the pool foam party but note it is tailored more for adults then kids. The waterpark was okay too but could have done with a lot more cleaning. The water park never seemed to open on time either. The beach was not the best. Had a lot of seaweed and looked very under used. No sunbeds on it, just a few hammocks seen. There was a cocktail bar on the beach but never really seen anyone at it. The holiday overall was great in the sense that it was definitely a very child friendly hotel. The rooms were fine and cleaned regularly. Had a lovely bell boy who helped with our luggage on arrival and departure. Proper showers. I would recommend this hotel as it is lovely. Did do a tour to soufere but did it privately with a taxi driver. Was well worth it going to mud baths, suplhur springs, botanical gardens, a beach and a view point. Read less
