2 queen beds paid and confirmed 2 months in advance of our spring break trip with our 2 preteens. Our flight gets in after midnight and after all the baggage claims and our car rental, we get to the hotel at 3am to check in and they say they don't have the room we reserved and paid for, but they have a king bed and can bring in 2 squeaky ass cots for our "kids" mind you, they're preteens, not kids that can sleep comfortably in a tiny ass cot! Of course manager comes out all like, "this isn't your fault or OUR FAULT. " I spit back, "Of course this is your fault, whose fault would it be?!" Someone dropped the ball and f'd up! Management needs to be trained professionally to handle these situations. Who knows, he probably gave our room to someone he knows. Oh, manager's name (at 3am) is ZANDER CARSON, who stated that he will put us into a 2 queen the next day with NOTHING in writing to confirm this! He and his staff didnt care about us today, like he's gonna are about us tomorrow. So, I had to request this in writing. Well see if it happens. I am so furious I cant even be tired right now as i write this review at 4am! I dont even want to spend another second in this hotel or continue with this vacation. I just want to go home but I brought my kids to see the beautiful city lights of Vegas so now it's awkward asf and the vibe is no longer positive but I have to stick it out. I think my kids almost cried because they saw that I was so mad and tripping at ZANDER CARSON and the staff member (Debbie). My kids know that as soon as I am in a bad mood, they are in a bad mood too. SAD, but this is the result of poor management and staff at 3am!!!!! Soooo, next day's mission is to head to a few hotels to ask for available rooms to book for the rest of our stay. Read less

Our 2 double bed room overlooked the strip on the 16th the floor. This was an upgraded room, but I think the upgrade was the view of the strip. The relatively spacious room was clean, the carpet was in good condition considering the hotel’s age. They overcharged me by £600 (without consent), they charged my booking card + from the credit card I put down. I then called them EVERYDAY for 6 days running and was put on hold for 45 minutes each time (I'm not exaggerating). What exactly does my $48 resort fee cover? My bedside lamp wouldn't stay plugged in and I spent 40 mins on the ground because I use a prosthetic leg and need to be able to see if I wake up at night. I called front desk to see if someone could fix outlet but nobody answered and i left callback number but after an hour I left to get some water so I could take my medicine. They used to give a complimentary small water in room but now its $18!. I dont trust hotel tap water. While I was grabbing water I did get a missed call notification but didn't hear due to being on casino floor. At this point in my stay (1st night) I realized I will never return here. The greed is overwhelming. This casino has some good features such as good location and other things but for me they lost my business Read less

That was not the case. Phone didn’t work. Carpet in master bathroom disgusting. 🤢. Windows so dirty that you couldn’t even enjoy the view. Staff SUCKED. First they ate way under staffed and the staff they have are as lazy as you can get. You requested something and before even checking in the computer it’s a no can’t help you with that. Questions about the room? They don’t know the answers. Security? Oh my gosh. RUDER THAN RUDE. You want a cocktail while gambling? No such thing. Never saw one. Ever. I would have to leave the machine and go to the bar to get a water or drink. Visited Cosmo and Bellagio and Cesears and Linq and it was soooo much better. Housekeeping was the only good thing about this place. Our gal was very nice and helpful. You need something? You have to go down to the lobby because they don’t pick up the phone. Forget a toothbrush? Called housekeeping and they brought it up 3 hours later. Need blankets? Only allowed 2 extra per room and you have to have housekeeping bring it to you and you can imagine how long that took right? I booked this through American Express Plat um and I hope they read this and take this disgusting hotel off the site!! Read less
