This gated development is just off Highway 27, close to the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee and just a 30-minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort. All villas have their own pool and great shops like Walmart, Publix supermarket and Posner Park Mall are a short drive away.

All villas are within 10 miles drive to Walt Disney World Resort. There is a range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within a few minutes drive.

Tuscan Hills offers 3-, 4- and 5-Bedroom Villas. These are a mixture of detached and terraced courtyard villas. 3-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms. 3-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 8 people if sofa bed is requested.

4–Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms, plus at least 1 additional bathroom. 4–Bedroom Villas sleep up to 10 people if sofa bed is requested.

5–Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with king-size or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 4 further bedrooms, plus at least 2 additional bathrooms. 5–Bedroom Villas sleep up to 12 people if sofa bed is requested.
