Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, four pools, four restaurants and endless water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, its top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Umo (Mexican Yucatan cuisine á la carte, adults-only). Martini Bar, Heaven Bar & Lounge (regular live entertainment), Rhythm Bar. Eden Bar at Eden beach. Poolside snack bar. We originally stood in line for 1.5 hours to ensure we could get reservations. We were second in line. When it was our turn, we were told it was too difficult to accommodate such a large group. Disappointed, we turned to concierge. A couple of hours later, concierge reached out to say they could make something work. The meal at Toro was wonderful! Our wait staff - Cris and team - were outstanding!! Cris was truly amazing and made our parents feel like they were very special guests. That meant a lot to us! Read less

Daniel and Nacho were awesome. Took care of everything for us! Staff was friendly. The resort was clean and beautiful. Really enjoyed the food and drinks that were readily available at any time of the day. Make reservations for restaurants and save yourself some waiting time.

Made to order omelets, burritos, tacos as well as pastries, smoothies, cereal, yogurt are all available. The omelets & tacos station chefs were fantastic. Waitstaff in Faro was outstanding. Food was always fresh and yummy. Highly recommend. We purposely asked to sit in Brenda’s section each morning because she was truly awesome. Omelettes were always fantastic and the taco station was superb for breakfast and lunch.

The service and staff at Hard Rock Riviera was warm and anticipated all our needs. Over the several days we were there, they learned our names, and greeted us at every meal, especially at the restaurant Faro our waiters Elizabeth , Jose and Apolonia! Having traveled all over, it was a stand-out hotel, food and dining experience !
