Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with what the hotel offers: the pool, the gym, the beach, staff service. While it is pricier than our usual preference, all of those things helped me to not focus on the extra charges fans fees such as resort fees and parking, etc. Bedsheets were stiff as cardboard. If we were skiing at Diamond Peak, it definitely would have been convenient but that was not the purpose of our trip. Lone Eagle restaurant is expensive and many people we talked to were not impressed for the price. We took that advice and ordered seafood… scallops and sea bass were AMAZING; with the view in mind, at least we got what we paid for. But y’all, $32 for a kids meal?!! Read less

Overcharged by 170, new 35 daily parking fees, hot tub that was never hot, warm steak at lone eagle grille, dogs were everywhere and there wasdog poop in hall, refrigerator that leaked, and shower that had issues.

We came for skiing and wanted to be near Lake Tahoe. The rooms are good size, very clean and updated. Service was great and the restaurants were great. Check in was very well done and nice gift on arrival. Kids loved the heated pool and how it was laid out. Indoor to outdoor was fun. We will return here maybe now in summer.
