189 newly transformed rooms and suites on 15 floors in 3 buildings with 4 lifts. All with balcony, air-conditioning, TV with movies on demand*, CD player, mini-bar*, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and iron and board. Standard Rooms offer views across Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Standard Rooms may be allocated in the Bay Tower across the street from the resort.

Resort View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of the resort. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Pool View rooms offer 450 sq ft of comfort with views of tropical landscaping and cascading pools, Featuring a private balcony and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Bay View King rooms are 600 sq ft and feature views of Vanderbilt Bay and the hotel's private Marina. These rooms have 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa, with private balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Bay Tower Junior Suites are located in the Bay tower across the street from the resort with stupendous views of Vanderbilt Bay or Gulf of Mexico. These rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 3-8 with 1 king-size bed and sleeper sofa. They are 450 sq ft, featuring private balcony with teak furniture and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and beachfront, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium Beachfront Rooms are situated in the Gulf Tower on floors 9-15, with sweeping aerial views of the Gulf of Mexico. They are 450 sq ft, with whirlpool jetted bathtub, private balcony, 1 king-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Premium Beachfront Beach House rooms are located on floors 2-4 with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. They are 450 sq ft, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Beach House Lanai rooms are 450 sq ft ground floor rooms with direct access to the beach from the terrace. These have either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Dirty. 2 star Hotel Masquerading as A 5 Star. Place is dirty. Hotel is expensive. Avoid. Worst wedding ever. I am embarrassed for my family. Bar closes early. Even if you are there for a wedding. Rooms are old. Hotel is old. Place is old. Go elsewhere.

We came for a birthday celebration and our server, Andy was AMAZING! The restaurant was absolutely packed with big tables and he was able to manage it all and make us feel special. The food was wonderful.. and Andy made the experience all the better.

We also had dinner at Baleen and again it didn’t disappoint! Our server, Adriano, was amazing and made our sunset dinner experience extra special! Highly recommend the Blackened Grouper and Key Lime Pie for dessert !! We spent every day on the beach and all the beach attendants were amazing! So kind, attentive and thankful!!
