Where to even begin. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and we probably spoiled ourselves by starting here. On an inconspicuous approach, you are greeted warmly and with a breathtaking view. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and airy. The rainfall shower was unreal especially after a day’s excursions in the heat and humidity. Within a short bike ride (can be borrowed at reception), you can reach local amenities and views of outstanding beauty. Although not all locals speak English, most are friendly and helpful. The beach is the backyard of this haven, and there is a small luxury pool available if you prefer no sand. I believe some villas even have a private pool. We ate at the nearby establishments most nights, which meant dinner for two (no alcohol) came in around 7-800 baht, which is amazing value. We also had dinner at the Ficus restaurant and it is a little pricier, but it is amazing and very much worth a visit. We had breakfast included, which runs until 6pm! The selection is really good and delicious. But the biggest highlight is the staff who work there. Everyone seemed genuinely delighted to help and greet you. The biggest compliment I can pay them is we were made not just to feel like royalty, but family. To Ao, Thana, Kwan, O, Noi, Wuth, Line, Chai, Rung and all the others…thank you so much! No hesitations we would love to come back and visit this little slice of heaven on earth. If you are thinking about coming here, do yourself a favour and just book this place, you won’t regret it. This is coming from the most risk adverse couple in the world! Read less

The food in both restaurants is excellent as is the a la carte breakfast which has plenty of choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. The staff are very helpful and attentive. We were only there for three nights at the end of a three week tour of Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand but it was exactly what we needed to relax before coming home. Read less

Attention to detail was apparent with every aspect of the service and accommodation. Most impressive of all was the staff who are all faultlessly professional, yet friendly and clearly all enjoy working at the Sarojin. The owners Andrew and Kate Kemp have created an amazing culture at the Sarojin. It feels as if all the staff are part of one happy family. We will be back as soon as we can! Read less

What a tranquil haven with superb beach. The Thai Restaurant overlooking the sea was outstanding. Staff very attentive and a room with those little extra's all included. After 16 days travelling from Hong Kong, through Vietnam on a cruise and a stop off in Singapore this was a wonderful 5 days to complete our 40th wedding anniversary special trip.

This place is nothing short of spectacular, in every possible way possible. This place is nothing short of spectacular, in every possible way possible. I will go as far as saying this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few over the years. Never have I had a more relaxing, quiet, restful stay than this one. I just run out of superlatives in describing this place. I’ll use just one for this review though. ‘Magical’ I would like to thank Kade & his team of staff for making our stay a truly memorable one for all the right reasons. From Exceptional food, be it pool side or restaurants. To having endless clean fresh smelling towels throughout the day, Or just making sure there’s enough ice in our drinking water. While relaxing at the pool. The attention to ever detail is breathtaking. Thank you, see you in 2025!! Read less
