An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. There are three swimming pools at your disposal, two of which are infinity pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a full-service spa surrounded by bamboo gardens with treatments aplenty to chase those cares away. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’ll be spoilt for choice with two challenging, beautifully landscaped Championship courses nearby, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Royale Deluxe-Partial Ocean View Rooms, sleeping maximum 3 adults, have more superior views.

Royale Honeymoon Ocean Front Rooms have ocean views, French balcony, a seating area and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

We would like to express our warm thanks to team members at LeBlanc Cancun for making our stay a very special one. Their hard work, caring and attention to detail with over the top service and customer care keep us coming back year after year. First, a huge thanks to Santiago and Roberto, our butlers who attended to our every need down to the smallest detail each day of our stay even surprising us by leaving in the room a gorgeous charcuterie and fruit board with balloons and a beautiful message for my birthday. Special thanks to Santiago for his expert help in resolving an issue quickly and truly being an impressive problem solver. He went above and beyond his call of duty on a daily basis to personally make sure all our needs were met and we are so grateful to him for his kindness and outstanding customer service. It’s so welcoming to be warmly greeted by Edgar at Terrazza with a smile and a hug when seating us at our favorite table. He is attentive and always remembers our favorite menu items going above and beyond on special requests. Alfredo is highly entertaining as the head of activities and goes above and beyond to make sure you don’t miss all of the fun LeBlanc has to offer. Whether it’s blackjack in the pool, volleyball or Mayan painting (just to name a few of the numerous activities offered), he is humorous, kind and has a generosity of spirit that makes you look forward to the next event. For many years, Roger, Geraldo Alejandro and Alberto have made our candle lit romantic dinners on the beach very special from carving our name in the sand, flowers on the table to special requests. They serve in sync and instinctively know what you need before you ask. This is a don’t miss event with every visit to LeBlanc Cancun. Chef Rene is one of our favorites. We originally met him at Bella and now he pops up everywhere even surprising us by the pool with afternoon treats. He is talented beyond belief in his culinary preparations and makes us feel we are part of his family always making us feel at home. Chef Justina at Lumiere is a culinary master with French dishes. Her entire menu is delicious and exquisite delighting the palate. She goes above and beyond to prepare our favorite dishes and personally visits at our table making each visit to Lumiere very special. We absolutely love Laura and Lucinda’s over the top service and special attention to our personal needs by the pool each day. From making sure the umbrella stays perfectly aligned so the sun doesn’t creep into my chair to prevent a painful sunburn to setting up a table with umbrella for games with friends and those fabulous chilled towels and cucumbers for your eyes on a hot afternoon with a special head and neck massage, they make each day absolutely heavenly by the pool. Williams was new to our favorite chairs area by the pool and he did a great job keeping us informed and bringing us requested items as needed in the pool. Edgar is one of our favorite bartenders at the pool. Once he knows you he has the ability to see you coming and with a nodding affirmation to him, he miraculously makes your drink before you get to the bar. Edgar is friendly, witty and knowledgeable in his cocktail making ability making the swim up bar special. We were thrilled to hear the wonderful news during our stay that Leslie Velez Palacios received a well deserved promotion to General Manager at LeBlanc Cancun. We have known her for many years and she is an outstanding leader among the Palace Resorts team managing with skill, grace and promoting the highest level of customer service we have seen in our many travels. She is a true asset to the Palace management team, highly respected by her employees and guests and no doubt will make LeBlanc Cancun an even better experience than it already is and can’t wait to see her on our next visit. We hope we haven’t left anyone out of this review as there are so many to be appreciative of. If you haven’t figured it out, we love LeBlanc Cancun. Yes the hotel, view of the moon over the ocean and sunny white beach is spectacular but most importantly, this is a very special place that we can’t wait to get to get back to every year because of all the many wonderful people there that make us feel at home when we see their smiling faces welcoming us back. My wife and I got married in Le Blanc Cancun. It is out favorite resort and we revisit every year with the family. It is by far the best vacation spot I have ever been to. The resort is so clean, the food is excellent, and above all the staff members are the best. Highly recommended.

I have never felt so pampered in my entire life. The scenery and hotel are a dream to look at, but the people who work there truly make you feel like you are living on cloud 9. EVERYONE and I mean everyone, was willing to go out of their way for you and doing so with a big smile. Roger helped us with all of our reservations and made sure we all had safe transportation scheduled (you are amazing-thank you) Juan Carlos our driver was so kind and also helped us with finding a ride to the airport from another city as I had extended my stay elsewhere (thankyou!). Our butlers Atber and Brito offered great hospitality and unpacked/packed our luggage for us(thank you!) Cristian and Carlos kept us hydrated and our bellies full while we relaxed on the beautiful sandy beach(thank you!) The food at all of the restaurants was so good, I definitely expanded my horizons and tried some new things too! Chef Heber, thank you for the delicious customized dinner. Our server Emilio at Lumiere was very attentive and even brought me a fun drink he thought I should try! (It was so good) We spent some time lounging by the pool where Lucy would give the best aloe massages! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature to cool off in and watch the ocean from. Ivan and Diana at the pool & bar were so great and made deadly espresso martinis!! The resort is so clean and smells SO GOOD. Basically you have to go here if you want true relaxation surrounded by the kindest staff and most delicious food/drinks. Read less

It is a complete disaster if you don’t have all of your restaurant reservations made for before your arrive you will either be eating dinner at 5 PM or 9:30 PM. I thought LeBlanc Cancun was a boutique five star resort NOT!!!!!!! Also, if you want a a beach chair by the pool, you probably need to… Read more

I thought LeBlanc Cancun was a boutique five star resort NOT!!!!!!! Also, if you want a a beach chair by the pool, you probably need to be up by 6:30 or seven in the morning. You can get these type of accommodations for way less than what LeBlanc charges. I am a palace, elite member… And I’ve never been more embarrassed! I will never return to Leblanc Cancun. Read less

We have traveled the world, & we’re excited to try this hotel due to the good reviews. We were sadly very disappointed. We stayed a week, & every meal, except for one at the French restaurant, was absolutely truly terrible. Every dinner, food was overcooked: steak tough & overcooked, pork tacos meat was hard as a brick, hamburger was like a hockey puck, lobster overcooked & gross, fried fish was like shoe leather & not even edible. We began to dread going to lunch, as the buffet was a low quality (think Golden Corral) mishmash of Indian, or Chinese & the other Terraza restaurant that was available did not make one single item either of us enjoyed the entire visit. We ate one or two bites of every meal & just looked at each other in disgust & disbelief every day. Room service, forgot items we ordered 2 out of 3 times. We stayed at Grand Velas Playacar previously & every single meal was absolutely high quality, cooked the way you ask & was very delicious. The rooms also have paper thins walls & every single morning around 7am, housekeepers are loudly dragging furniture back & forth, & back & forth above & next to us. We were both very tired every day, We could even hear the phone ring in the room next to us. When we arrived, I specifically told the front desk, that we did not want to be approached by timeshare membership people, only to be taken directly to another desk where they proceeded to pitch it to us. Ridiculous. On check out, they tried selling a package to us, we said no, & then had that person’s supervisor came to ask us why we said no! Nothing like being badgered on your vacation after eating terrible food for a week. The pros of the resort, were good cocktails, the property was kept immaculately clean, which we appreciate, but that was no where near enough to make up for the disappointment of the week & the waste of our $6000.00 we paid to go on this trip.
