Elegant and luxuriously feminine, with an added contemporary edge, this accommodation really is fit for royalty, whilst the mirrors on the ceiling and box marked ‘sinners,’ add a very French twist to the otherwise demur décor. Designed in the style of a bathtub, there are 2 swimming pools which come complete with a 10 foot tall silver ‘rubber ducky’.

The design of the hotel is also beautiful - it has a lot of personality and is not just following the latest design trends. Big shout out to Lach in Bazaar restaurant for guiding us through the menu and looking after us so warmly and so well. Service was impeccable in both restaurants, concierge and throughout the hotel. We stayed in a Penthouse suite in the main tower with views back across to the city and loved the space and the room. I would be hesitant to stay in one of the villas that are above the pool area and Hyde - it appears that they would be incredibly loud. We can't wait to come back and stay in this hotel!! Read less

If we needed ANYTHING, they were at the door in no time with it. The rooms are somewhat small, but that shower makes up for it. Now, let me tell you about a few people. Mel and Crystal were so helpful at the front desk. There were a few questions we had about Miami. They helped us with our plans and even got us hooked up with a ride. I swear Mel became my husband, Cory's new best friend. lol He would be gone for a while then come back telling me he had been talking to him while I was getting ready. LaDonna Brinkley is a trip! We talked to her a lot while hanging out by the pool She kept us laughing and having a good time. I made sure to find out the days she worked the hotel pool and made a B line for a seat while she was there. Look for her!!! She will keep you rolling. Sebastian gave us a ride in the Lincoln and told us about things to do while we were there. He was super nice and a great driver. Oh, and there was a valet there. I wish I could remember his name. He looks like a football player. He was so nice to us. Last but not least is sweet Deandra. She set us up at a table and helped us find drinks that suited our tastes. Being from rural MS, my husband and I are pretty much just beer drinkers. Well, she let us sample some drinks and helped us find a wine we even enjoyed. Ya'll, we felt like we were part of a family at the SLS. We have told everyone at home about it and can't wait to go back. Make sure you tell the staff Amanda and Cory sent you! If you talk to LaDonna, tell here MS said what's up! Oh, and go to Taco Taco and ask for Branden. He gave us some good food and great advice for places to visit while there. Read less

We booked SLS South Beach for our honeymoon through luxury travel agent @jetsetandtravel. We are so glad we did. We were treated like royalty. From the moment we walked in the front desk staff knew who we were and congratulated us on our wedding! When we walked into our room we were surprised to learn that they upgraded us to a ocean view balcony room! We found two personalized letters congratulating us on our wedding - one from our travel agent (JetSetAndTravel) and the second from the SLS staff. These letters were accompanied with a bottle of champagne and a framed picture of our wedding - Our minds were blown. During our stay the staff went out of their way to make this trip so special for us ... from making reservations for us, finding us things to do, and giving us royalty service. I would like to thank a few people who made our honeymoon so special and unforgettable - JetSetAndTravel is the best travel agent I have ever worked with - highly recommended! Hannah and Mel from the front desk were super helpful. Hannah went out of our way to help us get jet skiing scheduled, and Mel was a continuous help throughout the trip. You can tell he’s an awesome team leader, and he certainly leads by example. Luis was our server at Bazaar for dinner. He had a great personality and was super informative. Dobbi and Cynthia were servers for us at breakfast and were both great. Dobbi remembered us and made us feel super welcome the whole week. Cynthia was super attentive and quick to respond with any requests we had. Overall, we can’t say enough positive things about the staff at SLS! ***Due to a relationship between JetSetAndTravel and SLS they gave us 71 dollars breakfast credit to use at their restaurant and an additional $100 resort credit to use at Bazaar or Kutsuya. I never write reviews and had to this time because the hospitality at this hotel was bar none. I’ve stayed at the Ritz and Four Seasons multiple times and the SLS South Beach had nothing on them. Jay our driver and Hannah were absolutely the best you could get! Honestly I wouldn’t have chosen any other hotel after staying here. Recommend 10000+
