The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. Food was excellent and beyond. The staff were very very friendly and attentive. If we had a minor issue it was handled swiftly. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

If you've seen a complaint about this resort, do not let it stop you from staying here, because that person had to be extremely picky lol. This was truly the trip of a lifetime. If you're thinking about having a wedding here - PLEASE DO!!! Rochelle and Destin - our onsite wedding coordinators - made our wedding an absolute fairytale. 10/10 on wedding services, staff, beautiful rooms, beautiful grounds, things to do, etc. Read less

Another great trip at Couples Swept Away. Once again the resort did not disappoint. Another great trip at Couples Swept Away. Once again the resort did not disappoint. We stayed in a Beachfront Veranda suite which was literally no more than 100 feet from the water and 50 feet from palm trees and shady area for beach chairs. The food and service was great especially in Feather's and is well worth having to put on long pants and shoes. Special shout out to a wonderful staff member named Franchesca in Patois. She was very personable, great to talk to and also very good at her job. My only complaints are that the tipping seems to be happening more than on any of our prior trips. My service was still great but i did notice several times bartenders at the beach bar taking tips from some of the visitors as well as one at one of the restaurant bars. I did not feel like my service was lacking in any way but I think the management needs to be vigilant of this since it is one of the things that sets the place a part. Another issue was with some people seeming to be over served and getting really loud at the beach bar during the day. These guys were in on the bar stools from around lunch to closing and were getting really loud and obnoxious to other guests. They thought it was funny but it wasn't. Lastly the proliferation of blue tooth speakers on the beach. Most of them were playing at a low level and could barely be heard but a few were loud enough that we could not hear the resorts music from the beach bar or the wonderful music from the beach bands. When all is said and done Swept Away is an amazing place on one of the prettiest stretches of beach in the world. Read less

This very relaxing vacation we had planned for over two years. We were NOT disappointed from the moment we stepped off the transfer bus. We were greeted with cool towels and island punch rum. The staff were accommodating and very pleasant to work with. We had a hiccup with our reservation and it was quickly rectified with no hassles. The main dining room has the most delicious choices for all three meals of the day. The room...OMG perfect! An oversized balcony with patio furniture, the bathrooms were large and clean. Plenty of closet space and storage. We were footsteps from the beach and there were plenty of water sports complimentary of the resort. We had hot sun the entire seven days and lounged at the beach every day. Booze cruise WAS THE BEST! We will be returning, don't have an exact date but it definitely will be another time we will be back. Read less

Fantastic trip! Grounds are beautiful, food was wonderful, staff couldn't be more accommodating. Alot of options for food, only 2 places require reservations. Beaches/water are some of the nicest we have seen. We will be back again!
