The hotel

An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. There are three swimming pools at your disposal, two of which are infinity pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a full-service spa surrounded by bamboo gardens with treatments aplenty to chase those cares away. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Royale Deluxe-Partial Ocean View Rooms, sleeping maximum 3 adults, have more superior views.

Royal Deluxe Ocean View rooms feature a French balcony, seating area and 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Royale Honeymoon Ocean Front Rooms have ocean views, French balcony, a seating area and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Royale Junior Suites have ocean views from a French balcony and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Saul and Ramiro were our assigned butler's. They were both very helpful and accommodating. Service throughout the facility was spectacular. Spa services were very good. We were looking forward to some of the offered entertainment but they had cancelations.

Just coming back from celebrating our anniversary, they gave us a beautiful surprise when arriving our room, I loved the champagne, we felt so spoiled, our butlers ramiro and saul decorated our room with those beautiful rose petals and they totally changed the ambiance. We are looking forward to come back for our 5th anniversary!!!!

Service was unbelievable. Food was great. Everything was awesome and resulted a really good experience. I would definitely consider going back. Prepare for sales presentations made by different staff members. There was never a time where we needed to ask for anything because a staff member had already asked us

As a member who has been coming here twice a year for about six years, I can say that this is still a lovely resort. It is small enough to feel comfortable and at home, and very easy to navigate. We were last here in November, and there have been some changes since then. The restaurant Lumiere has benefited from those changes in that some dishes have been tweaked in a positive fashion- eg, the Onion Soup is less salty and much more flavorful, the chocolate soufflé is more authentic, and the creme brûlée is now one of the best I’ve had. The restaurant Bella, however, has not fared so well. (And Bella is my favorite restaurant on site). Key staff have been moved to other restaurants, and both nights we were there we experienced very uneven service. The second night was the worst- they were very short-staffed, our poor waiter was trying his best but was taking orders, bussing tables, serving food, opening wine- all while having LOTS of tables to care for. Our soup course was completely forgotten- then brought while our entrees were on the table. This is NOT what our past experience at this restaurant had been. Very disappointing. I hope management brings this back to the wonderful restaurant it was. We lucked out and had a terrific night butler, Saul- very sweet and attentive! Read less

Had A great experience, since I walked into the door of Le Blanc, great greeting, with the coconut milk drink and the cold towel to wipe our hands. The Staff was very nice and friendly, a lot of smiles. A good ambient in the resort. Very clean and staff well trained. Food was delicious.
