High Five to the outside Bartenders, Lilliana and Rachel

The bartenders, Lilliana and Rachel which are staffing the outside bar by the pool are spot on. As expected the bar was extremely busy because of the guests from the pools and beach side. Nevertheless, the ladies did a fantastic job. I never once saw anyone waiting more than a few moments to be attended too.

Nesib omerovic was very responsive and helpful fixing my television. He came right away when we called and even got batteries and came back to complete the job.. I recommend him very strongly because I have confidence that he is very reliable.

Beautiful beach, but very disappointing stay and let down by Tardewinds. We travelled from the UK on a large family holiday, three families with our parents, young children, teens with 6 rooms for 7 ngts. On arrival we were pleased as we were told we had been upgraded, which sounded great, however we then realised we’d been upgraded to the middle of a construction site, as a huge event was being prepared for. From early morning every day, multiple large trucks delivering, huge generators, road repairs, workers shouting, fork lifts beeping and nearly running you over. Even on the beach the noise, views ruined. Not the relaxing vacation we were expecting TradeWinds. On complaining to reception we have been told, we received an upgrade and there are no rooms to move us too. This is appalling and I would be concerned if you are thinking of booking this hotel for any future vacation. We had notice 2 weeks before our vacation that ‘From April 17 to May 3, we will be hosting a private group’, however from the minute we arrived it has been like living in the middle of event preparation. This is no small event and has directly impacted our pleasure. We have a few days left of our holiday and it will be interesting to see what happens…. We cannot relocate, we need 6 rooms. We could not change our holiday due to availability of 6 rooms with only 2 weeks notice. TradeWinds you would have known this and obviously knew about the ‘event’ much earlier than this. Very disappointing and even more disappointing you are doing nothing to change anything.

Porches and Lillian are without a doubt the best bartenders in the resort. Outstanding service done with a smile. Our entire family couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided. They were especially accommodating to our grandchildren creating delicious non alcoholic beverages for them.
