I booked this hotel, only because it was the cheapest in town while I was doing business. Cheapest is exactly what I got. My room smelt like smoke, there was hair in the bathroom and on my clean towels and in the morning I woke up to a cockroach in my bathroom.

This establishment is in need of a major facelift! Carpet was terrible stained and the room just felt unclean. Both toilet seats were broke. Incomplete kitchen items and a refrigerator that is on its last leg. Tiny pool towels. Same breakfast every day no variety! This place is not Naples worthy. Staff is great. Won’t be back

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THE RESIDENCE NAPLES FOR 17 YEARS. EACH TIME I HAVE FULLY ENJOYED MY STAY. THE MANAGER, JEFF, AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I PLAN TO KEEP COMING TO THE RESIDENCE INN IN THE FUTURE. LARRY CIANCIOLO

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. Liz at the front desk was awesome! Our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I like staying at the Residence Inn because you have a kitchen and living room. Their courtyard with the pool and tennis court was very nice. They had Large size couches to relax on with lots of pillows. There is also a firepit area. Their breakfast had a lot of choices and was very fresh. They have coffee out all day which is a plus. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Liz for making our stay extra special! We highly recommend staying here, it is close to everything in Naples. As a Bonvoy member , I've stayed at many Marriot brand hotels. Some old some new. This hotel by far is the worst Marriot I have ever experienced. So much so we cut our stay short. As a Bonvoy member , I've stayed at many Marriot brand hotels. Some old some new. This hotel by far is the worst Marriot I have ever experienced. So much so we cut our stay short. The rooms are worn and in need of updating , I question if the smoke detectors are even opertional. They had no lights on to indicate they were active. The light in the refrigerator was hanging by a wire . Th toilet handle literally fell of in my hand the first time I flushed the toilet. It ran for about an hour each time it was flushed . My husband was able to put the handle back in place. A frequent traveler, I wipe down all surfaces when I check into a hotel room , the surfaces of the counters , vanities, night stands, telephone etc.... were so filthy the wipes were black after cleaning the surfaces . The sofa and chair had ground in food (?) stains everywhere , we used spare sheets we found in the closet to cover the sofa and chair so we could sit on them. The wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls in the bathroom , shower head pulled out from the wall. I could keep going . I think I've more than made my point. I don't know how this hotel can remain operational , its a disaster and should be closed. On a positive note, the staff overall was extremely polite and helpful. I don't think its their fault that the place is so run down, they did upgrade our suite from a studio to a one bedroom . The complimentary breakfast looked very good although we only utilized the coffee. Read less
