189 rooms on 4 floors in 1 building. All newly renovated with cable TV, complimentary WiFi access, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Breakfast option: Breakfast is available at a supplement.

Superior Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Corner Loft Jacuzzi Suites are set across 2 levels, with 1 king-size bed set within an open loft space, a living room with gas fireplace and a two person whirlpool tub with spectacular mountain views. Sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Visited in Feb 2024. A little overpriced. Rooms are standard furniture and decorations.Room had large entry to store ski equipment and cloths. Staff was excellent they helped microwave food we bought. Location is great. Would stay again

The Banff Caribou Lodge is centrally located in the town and has easy access to and from the ski area in the area. Has a restaurant on location and walking distance to many shopping and eating places. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms and nice indoor hot tub.

Hotel well below par. Must have been nice some years ago. Stayed for 21 nights. Found out after 11 nights that we had been given a standard room and not the superior room we had paid for. Hotel well below par. Must have been nice some years ago. Stayed for 21 nights. Found out after 11 nights that we had been given a standard room and not the superior room we had paid for. Asked to see manager at front desk and a young woman replied I’m the manager. She was very dismissive and was rude in her approach and constantly interrupted while we we’re trying to explain the situation. On asking her name she ignored the question and walked away. Holiday company has been contacted. Room was dirty. Sheets not changed for the whole stay. Heating controller didn’t work. Was told it’s automatic. Windows would not open. Window screen screwed on and held with gaffa tape. Wall paper peeling. Pictures torn. Seating damaged. All room furniture damaged. Ironing board disgusting. Enamel bath was damaged and rusty. Bed had brackets protruding at shin level. Light shade’s filthy. Bathroom door stop missing. Holes in floor. Carpets in room not hoovered. Large protruding eaves in the room. Not on trip advisor pictures as a superior room. Standard. This was our bucket list holiday to celebrate our 60 birthdays and engagement. Banff is a must but just not this hotel. Book elsewhere. Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms. Nice location. The in-hotel restaurant, the KEG, is great. I ate there multiple times during my stay. I would stay here again if I return to the Banff area. The hotel is also near a bus stop which is convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
