She helped us spot 34 species of birds on the resort Property and answered so many of our questions about the animal and plant life on the property. The questions we asked her led to her offering us another tour of the resort’ plant nursery, the biofuel recycling project, seaweed collection and the process to compost it and reuse it in the resorts garden beds. So amazing and a wonderful staff member! Read less

I had a fantastic experience at Deyner! It truly exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it to families with kids and groups of friends. I'll definitely be returning in the future, and I can't wait to bring along more friends to share the experience."

Claudio’s service was very attentive and caring at Moon Palace Sunrise. He made sure everything we wanted was available, and had no concerns nor questions left unanswered during our stay. All the shows were wonderful, entertaining, and made this trip a very memorable experience for my family that we will remember for years to come.

First of all, when one arrives at a 99% fully occupied all-inclusive resort, one must have patience when it comes to service a the delivery of that service. My wife and I have been traveling for quite some time and we have always vacationed with reasonable expectations, having worked in the service industry during our early working years. We understand that increased demands sometimes limits the quality of service. However, on only our third day of a twelve day trip, we were confronted with just the opposite. At the time of our arrival, we requested a specific room, wanting to celebrate our 25th year as members of the Palace Resorts and our 30th year of wedded bliss, and Moon Palace was where began our membership in July 1999. Not only was Ana Rivas, the Palace Resorts employee who was working the desk at the time of our arrival listening to our story, but she was attentive enough to raise the quality of our vacation tenfold. Though our room was not on the second floor as requested, we were delighted to enter one of the most private golf course villas, room 100, adjacent to the golf course with a fantastic view and plenty of peace and quiet. In addition, while we were walking back from the Sunrise lobby, we encountered Ana in a very very serendipitous manner. She had in her hand, two wonderful gifts in her hands, a vintage framed photo of the original Moon Palace Sunrise lobby (of which my wife shared at checkin her fondest memories) and a beautiful tray filled with leather leaf ferns and an array of white carnations arranged in the number 25. We asked her who they were for, and she said they were a surprise. "What a beautiful surprise!" we shared. She seemed quite nervous as we continued to question her about the gift recipients and then she just opened up and said, "They are for you." At this point, my wife and I were shocked and pleasantly surprised that this wonderful employee had taken the time to not only listen to us on arrival, but seek to make our stay a very special reminder of why we invest in this vacation destination 25 years ago. We immediately felt like we were family members, as we always do with the Palace Resorts, but more importantly, members of the Rivas family, as Ana took special care to extend her heartfelt and personal expression our way! Nowhere else have we been so well received as the Palace Resorts, and we wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of the most important elements of our stay so far! Read less
