Premium Plunge Pool Butler Suites, with 1600 sq feet of living space, feature a spacious patio with a fully-stocked wet bar, a hammock for two and an outdoor shower, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Grande Plunge Pool Butler Suites are the largest of all the suites, with 1900 sq feet of indoor and outdoor living space, offering a huge furnished living area, an additional discreet television hidden into the bedroom frame, a wrap-around fully-stocked wet bar, an outdoor shower, and a king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The Greathouse Restaurant (a la carte with indoor and outdoor dining, refreshed menus and infused with dishes during lobster season with no additional cost). Poolside cocktail and hors d’oeuvre service. Additional a la carte dining venues are available at the 4* Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, 'Silk' Asian Fusion, 'Calabash' Caribbean Creole, 'Trattoria' al fresco Italian, and oceanfront 'La Luna'*. The casual favourites from Jerk Treehouse can also be brought to you by your personal butler throughout the day every day of the week. Plus enjoy 7 bars including the Peter Johns Rum Bar complete with sky terrace, and the idyllic Paradise Beach Bar with dramatic ocean views from your rustic bar swing.

Nightly and daily entertainment, with monthly full-moon beach parties, as well as weekly culinary activities such as sushi making classes, the Rum & Food Fete with live BBQ’s around the pool and vibrant music, live musicians and rum masterclasses. Just returned from Serenity at Coconut Bay for our 20th anniversary. I honestly do not believe that we could have chosen a better resort. Serenity hits five stars at every level. Accommodations, Food, Service, Location and Staff. Especially the STAFF! This entire staff is something special. We had Kert as our Butler. Wow, Kert was fantastic. He took care of all the details and made changes when needed. His attention to detail was great. Davidson filled in for Kert on his day off. Davidson was great as well. Ray at the bar was never without a smile. Quite the workaholic. If not making a drink he was cleaning the pool area, or anything else that needed to be done. Kevin was great with the entertainment as well as behind the bar. Natoya, what a genuinely nice person, a real ray of sunshine! Shout out to Delon as well at the bar. The wait staff, Sabby, Joella, Ginel and others, sorry I don't remember all the names. These folks were outstanding!! The housekeeping staff, Shirley, Rosey, Garvey and others with their towel animals and fun notes put a smile on our face each time we returned to the room. Although we could venture over to Coconut Bay and use those facilities and restaurants, we did not. The food and staff at The Great House were just too good to leave. However, we did try the Jerk Treehouse. Very Good!! The private Beach Cabana and the private Pool Cabana were a real treat! The best of both worlds. A nice place to relax and swim in the ocean. As well as a private place at the pool. Our room with the huge plunge pool, wet bar, hammock and room service really was outstanding. We also did the private island tour. The entire staff is fantastic, providing whatever you need whenever you want it. We had food delivered to various places around the hotel property and ALL the staff were always positive and seemed to be having a great day. McCarthy was our private butler and was absolutely amazing! Even when we didn't call him, he'd find us at the pool or in the restaurant and make sure we had everything we needed. He also drew us a bath whenever we'd have an excursion - something I didn't realize I wanted but was soooo nice! When we come back we'll be requesting him!!! Finally, every food item was fantastic but I'd suggest getting the soup of the day - I got them every day and was never disappointed! Read less

Serenity! Well what can I say? We have just returned from a wonderful honeymoon. The hotel is stunning, all staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. They cannot do enough for you. Our butler Quade was really helpful and attentive and was always on call when we needed anything. Our room was a premium plunge pool and it was exactly as they look online. Absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. The plunge pool was a personal favourite. The hotel is only 5 mins from the airport but the airport is so quiet we only heard 1 or 2 flights per day. Even at full capacity, the hotel never felt overcrowded. You always get a sun-bed and towel. Food was out of this world. Our favourites were the lamp shank, lamb chops, tenderloin & shrimp! Cocktails were also great. You must need to try the Bob Marley and the Dirty Banana! Evening entertainment often finished around 8:30, if you want more you can head over the road to Coconut bay for a later night. We had extras of: Poolside & beach cabanas Evening cabana dinner Sunset Catamaran Escapade Tour All of these experiences were fantastic, although our favourite was the Sunset Catamaran. The entire experience for us was 9.5/10. The only slight issue was the bar occasionally left unattended for up to 15 mins at a time. This was during the day and evening, only a minor issue. The hotel is on the Atlantic side which does have a little more breeze but at 30C this was appreciated! We will definitely be back! Read less
